I have an EGO 21" mower purchased refurbished thru Home Depot. The self propel throttle lever is inoperative and the mower will only self propel at lightening speed and I for sure cannot keep up with it. Normal warranty I now find out is 5 years but refurb is 1 year. They direct me to a service facility I've never heard of. Will probably charge me $250 just to look at it. Awful and will never buy EGO again.

After almost 2 weeks trying to speak to someone about a bad battery, now they want the receipt and all the serial numbers, otherwise they will not replace it, its been over 2 years since I got the tool and I don't have it, really bad customer service and a ripp off.I will not buy Ego tools anymore.

I loved my Ego mower .... Until I had to deal is fluid leak on my mower. It was only 2, months old when I noticed an oily fluid from under the mower. All customer service cared about. Was me having a purchase receipt even though I had registered this product right after I bought it online. Very poor customer service! Would not buy or recommend this product again!

The battery does not operate at times, pausing periods…. Called twice with a 51 min combined wait time. I called, waited with no customer service rep so I left a call back #, called, waited… second, third, fourth verse same as the first. Looking at the other reviews and my own experience I cannot recommend.

Awful AWFUL customer service and worst warranty. My husband got his tools from the kids (Xmas, birthdays...). One big battery never worked properly (intermittent charging) - because he didn't have a receipt (gifts...) they replaced the battery and cancelled all of the warranties on all his other tools. Our lawnmower is falling apart - guess what, NO WARRANTY. Can't get parts in Canada and we've been waiting (for I'm sure will be the wrong parts) since July 2023 - Nov is in 2 days and we got an email that we may see it by end of the year. They have an excellent product but everything else SUCKS. Someone please make a comparable product with good customer service and I will promote your product to everyone I know and beyond.
