I took up their trial offer to see if the app would benefit myself. I have ongoing mental health issues, including depression (with two recent suicide attempts), and I'm being assessed for possible ADHD. However, I didn't find the app much use, so I didn't really use it. I am a single parent on a very low income supplemented by UC. I missed the window to close the trial offer by days. I wasn't provided with a prompt or reminder beforehand. I tried to block further payments from my account after I had been notified of a suspicious impending transaction by the anti fraud team at my bank. I also cancelled these transactions with PayPal (whom it came via). However, I have another bank account I use for receiving payments such as UC and monies from some part time work that I do. I thought that this account and my general use account would now be safe. This turned out not to be the case when my Child Benefit landed. This money, instead of going to my child, went straight out to pay the app. I tried appalling to the people at the app as well as trying to dispute the transaction with PayPal, but to no avail. This has left me in debt. To say that these people are trying to sell an app to the likes of people such as me is an absolute abomination. I at least thought that they would have at least a degree of compassion to understand my predicament, and to therefore refund me. Oh no, they held onto what amounted to almost £100, with no chance of getting it back. Cruel and disgraceful. DO NOT BE SUCKED IN BY THEM THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY

This company uses their own name to cover up the company I had originally dealt with. "Air Diet" I cancelled their unlawful direct debit and they accepted the cancellation. (which I didn't ask for at all.) but they still took payments. It is a scam and I only gave 1 star as I had to give some. Do I contact police now as it seems a lot of people have been cheated?
