If I could give zero stars, I would. After looking at the blurb around the ADHD program, I thought I would give it a whirl and signed up for a monthly subscription. The day after this, checking my bank account, I found that apparently I had signed up for life long membership at £79.99 plus a monthly subscription of £15.99. I emailed them immediately and told them that I was not aware I had signed for the lifelong membership and asked them to reimburse me. They then said that the small print advised me that I could not ask for a refund. I still maintain that regardless of anything else I was legally entitled to change my mind within the cooling off period and I will continue to pursue this. I am a pensioner and don’t have spare cash. This has left me with a huge hole in my budget and I would advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs.

If you tick the box to say you agree to the T&Cs you are automatically signed up to their renewal plan. I purchased a One Month trial at a cost of £19.99 via PayPal. The following month they debited my PayPal account £79.99 Auto Renewal. When I queried this charge, to request a refund, their answer was " you should have read the terms and conditions". This company is very devious with absolutely no consideration whatsoever for customer care. "YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED"

Don't like all the extra add ones. Just show that up front.

Feels Like a Subscription Trap Targeting Vulnerable Customers!!!!!! I signed up for what was presented as a £5.83 7-day plan. Shortly afterwards, I was charged £34.09. I did not knowingly agree to a recurring subscription at that price. The company’s position is that I “agreed to the Terms & Conditions.” However, important information about automatic renewal and recurring charges should be made extremely clear and prominent at the point of purchase — not relied upon through dense legal text. What makes this particularly concerning is that the platform markets itself as being designed to help people with ADHD. Many neurodivergent individuals struggle with processing long and complex terms. Relying on buried subscription clauses while targeting that audience raises serious ethical concerns. The content itself felt very basic — more like a generic article than specialised ADHD support. When I contacted customer service, I was told that “all digital sales are final” and a refund was not possible. Based on my experience, this felt like a subscription trap rather than transparent support for neurodivergent users. I would strongly urge anyone considering this service to read every detail carefully before entering payment information.

Got lured into paying for 3 months access, didn’t find the app very useful so deleted. Had no further emails or contact from them. Today $99 has been taken from my bank account. There is no subscription listed in my App Store and you have to email them to cancel, payments are non-refundable. If they genuinely wanted to help people with ADHD there would be a reminder email or even some kind of written confirmation that this is what you’d signed up for (the 2 emails I got when I first paid made no mention of future payments). AVOID!!!! I really wish I’d read the reviews on the App Store.

One Star is TOO much of a rating. I was on holidays to find my Paypal account had made a payment of $138 AUD for Medical Score app(Effecto)!!! I HAD NOT SIGNED UP FOR THIS EVER! I googled to find out that Medical Score to be a scam. I then went onto Effecto website to find it is an app for those with ADHD. I nor my family have ever suffered from ADHD. I have been in contact with Effecto for 3 weeks now with no refund in sight. They keep saying that my subscription renewal has been cancelled however that no refund because product was delivered successfully? I never signed up for this. I have never received the product. I have never had their app on my phone. I do not have any little children that would have got on my phone and signed up for this. Give me back my money! Cost of living is difficult enough without this fraudulent activity happening. And to top it off, I am not the only one. Funny though because on Effecto website - only the good review showing???? What a joke. WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.
