Scam I tried to cancel shortly after the purchase, but I was still charged for a plan I did not knowingly agree to. The purchase process was misleading and did not clearly explain that it was a non-refundable “lifetime” subscription. Customer support refused a refund and simply referred me to their terms and conditions, without addressing the lack of transparency. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated issue. I have now escalated the matter with my bank and will be reporting this to the relevant authorities. I strongly advise others to be very careful before purchasing.

Deceptive Marketing: this company entice poor unsuspecting people in with low-cost trials that appear to be one off payments which then result in high-cost, long-term charges. It appears in small inconsequential text that you are then to be charged a subscription. They are inhumane and have exceptionally poor personal customer service skills sticking to the script that it’s in black and white : tough. Do not sign up to their ridiculous product offering which is basically a repetitive menu that you can find anywhere for little or no pennies. Appalling
