This company signs you up for a 1 month ‘trial’, but then continues to charge you nearly double that amount saying you have set up a subscription. READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY and don’t get scammed like I did. They refuse to give a refund.

I joined and did not use this site unfortunately as not happy with the idea and it has now renewed for another 3 month renewals of $81.61 AUD for nothing. I am furious for these 3 monthly renewals and will spread the word of this if I see no return of the last payment. This is why I will no longer buy from companies through this site. Buyer beware.

Minus one star! This company have scammed me out of paying for trail and taking two monthly payments. I have never used any of th services and they refuse to even inform me when I have supposedly signed up. I have lost over £60 through PayPal payments. Be VERY careful what you open and read from this scam company

This company also runs the no.diet app. I signed up for a 7 day plan, and they then charged me 7 days later for an annual subscription. When I requested a refund they stated that I had agreed to this in their terms and conditions..I did not. I have raised a dispute via PayPal and they claim I have downloaded their app. I have not. They will write a response below to the effect that they are 'clearing up the confusion'. There is no confusion. You know exactly what you are doing. I am posting on their social media accounts to warn others. I will not stop until they refund my money or they go out if business. Hopefully both. Edit 28.04.2025 Their response to this email is generic and meaningless. They have no intention of doing anything about the way they operate.

I bought the app with the hope it would help, but I hardly used it. three months on, I was charged again without any notifications. There's no link to membership and any information about how to cancel. I contacted their customer support to request a refund and they keep refusing. AWFUL customer services and this app isn't worth it! The CSR said 'at the time of signing up you knew the terms and conditions'. I have ADHD and I don't remmeber and this app is supposed to help, not, you just took money without permissions. And I am still waiting for them to refund £41 and they keep refusing. Daylight robbery. Not a company with a good standard of practice

This is an awful scam! A subscription has been set up without my knowledge- the only thing I can think of is that I paid £11.99 for a ‘walking yoga’ app that I was unable to download, had no email confirmation of and so therefore could not access! Next time I look at my account this ‘company’ have taken another payment of £25 without my authorisation and have set up a subscription! I’ve contacted my bank to notify them of this fraudulent payment. Emailed effecto who say they have no details linked to my email address! So how am I able to get a refund and stop further payments being taken? This company need to be held to account. It is awful that they’ve been allowed to get away with this.

Scam. I did not sign up for this or provide my PayPal details. I haven't even got the app!! Taken 3 payments from me. Two in March and one in April totalling £67. How can I cancel something I never signed up for. I have since emailed several times. Same email saying I signed up and no refund. No proof of purchase. No confirmation emails. I don't even know what the app is? Why No confirmation email of the seven day trial if I supposedly signed up to send details if the app at least? Absolutely nothing in my inbox. I might have come across your page but there is no way I signed up for this or gave paypal details. People need to be wary of your site. There's obviously something misleading on there.

Do not use. Continuing to take £24.99 from my account each month and can’t seem to cancel the subscription.
