I've been using Efax for about 5 years now. Sending faxes no problem but numerous problems receiving faxes that are more than 3 pages long. I managed to get a few pages and then it stops. I run a medical practice and it makes life difficult. The sender will keep trying to send a fax and for every page they resend I get charged. I have spoken several times to Efax but they don't seem to think there is a problem and nothing has been resolved. I think Efax to Efax users have no problems but if the sender is using a fax machine it doesn't work. Having said that, it is easy to use and couldn't go back to a manual machine
