Easy set up and straightforward…
Easy set up and straightforward operation; website is clear and concise and account changes simple to implement. Various contract types available from pcm to pa and costs are reasonable. Customer service accessibility and request response times are good; we've had no difficulties so far and the eFax product has been a beneficial purchase, reducing costs and simplifying message delivery.

Never really had any problems with…
Never really had any problems with eFax. The service works all the time. We have a large number of incoming faxes every month and have never had any delivery problems. We only used support during the initial setup and they were fast and on the ball.

Generally a good experience with efax. The support helpdesk can be poor at times - but if you get a good individual contact, keep their details and use them going forwards!

Very simple and easy to use
Very simple and easy to use. Never had a problem with the service and are happy to analyse your current usage to determine whether on the best package. Would recommend.
