It is easy to use
It is easy to use, you could say we are satisfied customer. Though we had an issue with not receiving efaxes and tried to contact support center. It took them 8 days to reply and final "solution" came after month. In the overall good product, but helpdesk was really slow...

Great experience
Easy to use - helped me over a time when a correspondent seemed only able to send bin files which I couldn't open - when we corresponded by fax, all went well. The website is easy to use - invoices downloaded quickly and the helpline and accounts were so courteous and efficient, other companies would do well to copy.

We're using eFax services on daily.
We're using eFax services on daily basis and are happy with it. Couple months ago we had some issues in regards to billing of the services, however everything was solved to our satisfaction. My special thanks to customer support advisor Ms. Elena T. who helped a lot to set-up our online account to have better overview and control. Euro-Center Prague.

We had a stop on our credit card due to attempted fraud - eFax were very helpful in arranging with us for an alternate payment method whilst the issue got resolved so ensuring continuity of service. Was quick and easy to update the payment details. Very helpful customer services.

Couldn't get eFax to work for us but it was very simple to close the account and Josipa was so helpful. We do use ereceptionist on a daily basis and it is brilliant
