On the whole a good service. However, if a fax received is more than 3 pages, then there are often problems. The connection cuts out and I only get half the fax and then this keeps repeating until eventually the sender realises and sends the fax in 2 parts. By this stage, I have paid for quite a few faxes which are incomplete. Other than this, the whole concept of receiving faxes by email is a good one and I rarely have problems sending out faxes.
