I had signed up for a free trial for sending a ct scan report to my physician. I liked the service, but I was not planning to keep it as i am not going to send fax'es everyday. I would like if efax can have pay/fax service if possible so anyone can use the service for urgent needs like mine. I eventually got through the Chatbot - although I got duplicate responses and it showed duplicates of whatever I types, which made it a little confusing - and then was in touch with Glaiza C. who helped me to do what I wanted to without any problems and nice and quickly. Please note that your chatbot does not like UK (& presumably other countries) phone numbers, which can be very frustrtaing to try & get past!
