The free trial is a joke. They charged me $40 because of usage whatever that is? Do not use this program A week later: First I have to commend trustpilot! I got an immediate response from the company I was complaining about which is ultra cool. Mandip called me up from eFax and let me know her side of the story and after we discussed the problem she was more than cordial to refund the amount I was charged during the free trial. As I said the charges come from usage which is somewhat explained in the welcome letter from eFax but I thought the charges were after the free trial not during. Maybe they'll change the wording, I'm not sure, but I do know the company responded very well and I'm completely satisfied with the outcome. Thank you eFax and Mandip.
