Online Chat for technical support was surprisingly efficient and helpful. Acceptable wait time, I was 3rd in line to chat with a live agent after dealing with the automated response part. The automated chat wasn't too bad to deal with - unlike most automated chat programs, it did not send me in circles, it actually soon transferred me to a live agent. My tech issue was solved easily and quickly. Live agent was patient.

Moe was very helpful in identifying the problem with my account and helped me correct it. I was considering canceling the account since I don't use it very much but Moe offered me a promotion. In the end, I decided to keep the account at a price I'm comfortable with. I am very happy with the service provided by Moe.

I had the good luck to reach Lyra via chat. She was very pleasant and quick to figure out why our efax was not working. She got our account straightened out which was wonderful because we had an urgent fax issue. She's was wonderful!!!

I've been an eFAX user for more than 25 years, but fax as a means of document transmission has slowly gone down. In addition, for the past year I received several faxes from unknown numbers with advertisement for things I have no interest in - this did NOT happen for at least 24 years prior... So while the going was good, eFAX was very useful, but it has now been bypassed by the many internet document exchange innovations. Thanks for many years of excellent service. but today I cancelled my eFax subscription.

After reading those positive online reviews, I applied the eFax plan, everything was easy and smoothly. Once I started my test, I got the problem, I can't sent fax . I tried two different fax number, neither one worked, 20 to 30 mins later, I got email, said unsuccessful fax transmission due to communication error. 1800 number always are auto voice and have no real agent, finally got live chat, first agent tried and failed sending tax too then she disappeared, second agent kicked in. but I already decided to cancel the plan, it took me too much time to do the trouble shooting, it didn't worth it. BTW, it's the domestic fax and recipient are real fax machines.

I have been with E-fax for almost one year, calling today far technical support, because my file cant be senting out. The person I talked to, his name I believed is Bradan or similar pronounce. Horrible attitude, and not patient, not knowledgeable. And he just cut off my phone while I was talking. I wont continue my business with this kind of person after my annual contract.
