Edible ArrangementsReviews of ediblearrangements.com

The website allowed me to place an order for delivery to a zip code they do not deliver to. I only found out they didn't deliver to the particular zip code when I called the store to verify my order was received. I canceled the order and have not yet received my money back.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THE KIRKLAND LOCATION NEEDS A LESSON IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I paid $50 for a cookie bundle to be delivered. I did NOT receive a eta for delivery. I called the morning of FIVE MINUTES prior to the Kirkland location opening, left a message and requested a phone call back. I wanted to know what the estimated time of delivery was because the recipient was leaving the deliver location at 130pm . I DID NOT see the disclaimer that states they don't start delivery until 1pm (even tho they open at 9?!) Maybe they should have that more visible on the website and the order form?? Nevertheless- Had I received a phone call back and received clarification that delivery starts at 1pm, I would have offered to pick up my order and deliver to the recipient before she left as I had plenty of time to do so. When I inquired later about this I was basically just told "too bad, that's the policy and deliver times" When I inquired about a refund or partial refund the very monotoned individual on the phone wasted no time to deny it and talked OVER me to again repeat that the policy is the policy and that's just how it is. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I UTILIZE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS!!! WASTE OF MONEY, TIME AND THEY CANT EVEN OFFER DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL THUMBS DOWN 0 STARS WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING

Don’t order from them!!! They are over priced and have poor customer service! The last order received was destroyed and full of ants!! The strawberries looked old too!!! Called customer service and they didn’t help!! Refund or send another one but said if the second comes the same way they couldn’t help. What a mess!!! Decided to order from sharis barries!!!

On 12 Nov 2020 i ordered a bouquet of fruit online. The store that prepared and delivered the order in Edmonton Alberta was great. The problem is i was charged 5 times for the order a total of $525.00. I have contacted the store who provided me the contact info for head office and because my order was placed online they could not access the transaction to assist me. The 877 number is bogus! No one ever answers and when it says “ transferring to reception” but it never rings and no one ever picks up.

Thankyou London ON Hyde Park Location for assisting me in placing an edible order. I was thrilled to receive an email suggesting that my son in Ottawa received his delivery from London...so cool that your driver took a pic of my son receiving his delivery..as I have not seen my son since the summer. THANKYOU and THANKYOU..it made my day. I will certainly be ordering again.

HORRIBLE!!!! I received a call from Edible Arrangements in Drexel Hill, PA. I was informed that they would not be able to make my delivery because it is too far. However, their store was the only location listed on the site within that zip code! I spoke with an incompetent worker named Candace who was beyond dismissive and did not want to help AT ALL! She did not want to locate another store and gave an excuse of their “computers being down.” She also, did not want to call another store to support with making the order. This arrangement was beyond important and because of her poor work ethic, the delivery will be late. She said she would cancel my order, but I have YET to receive an email! Or proof that my money will be refunded to my account! All she did was direct me to corporate and refused to put her manager on the phone for further assistance. Beyond unacceptable.

I really wish I could give Edible Arrangements zero stars for the poor service and quality I received recently. I ordered a fruit box as a birthday present for a friend and since Edible Arrangements does not have a store located in his area, I used the FedEx delivery option. The fruits were supposed to arrive on a Monday but instead it was delivered three days later. Apparently Edible Arrangements submitted the incorrect address to FedEx and they were not able to deliver the fruit. No one informed me that this took place, I had to reach out and discover a day later that it was not delivered. Long story short, when the fruits finally arrived, they were DAMAGED, SPOILED and INEDIBLE. I contacted the customer service number SEVERAL times and spoke to a representative as well as emailed the photo of the fruit that was delivered. Edible Arrangements refused to provide me with a refund after three representatives promised a refund. I am utterly disgusted and this experience was deplorable. I will NEVER purchase edible arrangements AGAIN. Their customer service skills are mediocre.

Do not use them. Over priced, rude customer service. They don't allow you to use coupons on products you want to purchase. They are very rude to refusal customers. Lost my business
