I called the edible arrangements at 3916 Portsmouth Blvd., Chesapeake Virginia 23321. I spoke to Chelsea gave her the order made it very clear that I wanted delivered on Saturday February the 13th I get a phone call that the edible arrangement have been delivered Friday in the rain and was going to be left on the porch had I not gotten my brother to meet them there I called back to the store they had me on hold 25 to 30 minutes trying to decide what they were going to do acting like it was my fault not theirs for delivering the arrangement early. This arrangements cost over $100 and this is the second time I've ordered from this particular store and had an issue The last arrangement I bought it for a birthday back in August she had to return it because the fruit was horrible. It's not fair for a business to operate and have such service as this to lower your customers. I've ordered from other edible arrangements never this bad. I plan to write the better business bureau and report them about how sorry their customer service is and how inconsiderate they are I didn't allow them to pick it back up because I knew they would bring the same one back the next day. I hope whoever reads this decide not to order anything from them try anywhere but edible arrangements this particular store anywayand no one even said I'm sorry for the mistake I'm sorry for delivering it too early it was all for what can we do to make this right to my satisfaction. Disaster!!! After standing outside in the cold rain waiting to order a create your box with chocolate covered strawberries and pineapple for my 16yr old daughter 3 days in advance I was told I could only order from the stupid flyer of select items . Don’t know why I couldn’t order what was normally offered she told me to come back on Monday which was after Valentine’s Day , no point in that !!!! The computer was slow , people patiently waiting but the employees acted like they didn’t want to be bothered or just didn’t care !! I will NEVER spend another dime here . Go with a small business Edible Arrangments are ONLY about the money . Hated to leave 1 star but had to before leaving a review 😒

I received orders of chocolate covered strawberries and a flat balloon. The strawberries presentation was awful. The strawberries was mostly green. Really disappointed and will never order again. I called edible and they informed me they would credit my son back $5.00 for the balloon. Awful customer service and service.

The strawberries were not sweet. The cookies crumbled in my hand because they were stale Would never use again

I have two relatives with birthdays Feb 13th and Feb 15th. I went on the Edible arrangements website to order deliveries for Monday the 15th ...having technical difficulties, I decided to call the store in Concord NC. First call, answered and put on hold nothing verbal. Hung up, called back and female voice answered. When I explained by technical difficulty, she explained they do not accept any orders this week, but for Valentines. Okay, but I was not ordering Valentines and it is delivery after V-day...they reduce the items to ONLY Valentines day items ( hearts and everything red or pink) . Its good to be busy, but this local business just lost me as a customer. Also note, unless it was in small print somewhere and I missed it, there is no mention of this on their website how for this holiday they limit type of orders that can be purchased.

I tried to place an order online for an arrangement to get delivered to my wife’s work in Daytona Beach, Florida. I had done so before without a problem. This time, I thought I had selected a store near her work, I picked out what I wanted, and placed the order. Today when I looked at my email to see if it had a delivery time, I notice that it was being shipped via fedex from an Ohio store, as well as having a 44 dollar delivery fee, which was somehow more than the arrangement itself, which most of their smaller ones run you at least 50 bucks. If I had wanted to blow 80 bucks, I would’ve taken my wife out to a nice dinner, purchased some fruit, and made the arrangement myself. When I called customer service, they wouldn’t give me any type of refund or coupon or anything. That was the last time I am ordering from them.

A birthday order never arrived, called local store 4x during business hours, no one ever picked up or returned messages. Tried going over their head to corporate but they transfer you to the local store. Can’t get a human being on the phone at all. Disputed charges since the order is late, the birthday has passed and now someone else will get my business.

I placed an order to be delivered to my friends on December 20, 2020. The order was never delivered. I started tracking the order after Christmas. The order status was "order confirmed" and the message below said "Thanks for your order! Now you can kick back, relax, and allow us to make all the arrangements. Check back soon – we’ll update your order status here so you can keep track along the way." I checked back several times and received the same info. On 2/1/21 I used the site again to contact them and submitted a message saying, "This is my 4th or 5th attempt to resolve this issue. Please refund my order since it was never delivered. I called the # provided but keep getting cut off. Please call me at ###-###-#### to let me know When I can expect a refund" I then tried again to call the store directly at the # provided on the website (1-801-477-1990) and received a recording saying that the call could not be completed as the called party is temporarily unavailable. I then called the call center # provided on the website (1-877-363-7848) and received a message saying "your order has been received , check back later we'll update your order status when your order is being made by one of our fruit experts". I then had the option to press "2" to speak to a representative. When pressing "2" I got a message saying "please hold while I transfer your call". The call is then transferred, a phone rings twice then disconnects me. This happened repeatedly upon several successive attempts to speak to a human at Edible brands.
