At a customer service level the location at Bayview manager was very understanding. I did not end up with my order due to delivery person disrespecting behaviour . The franchise manager we came to a resolve in a timely manner getting a full refund has been promised. the company that was used on The weekend for delivery has not reflected the Edible arrangements franchise customer satisfaction with Integrity.

Ordered 3x this year as gifts and been a recipient twice this year. I’ve not had any issues with ordering or delivery from my local store in Ohio. Only three stars though because the fruit I received went bad in about two days, both times. I don’t think it’s very fresh.

Mom couldn’t tell who it was from and didn’t know that it needed refrigeration! You are delivering to many Seniors, make these things obvious please!

I live outside the U.S. and wanted to send a gift to my mother in North Carolina. I found it impossible to complete my order online because the system repeatedly rejected my foreign-issued Visa card. I called the U.S. local store directly to see if they would accept my order over the phone, but their system would still not process the card. The shop employee I spoke to on the phone seemed irritated at my call. Disappointing.
