Just received gift from edible arrangements. I’m disappointed for my spouse who paid for this! The strawberries are partly molded. The brownie is stale and had fallen apart. The box is little to be desired, chocolate all over the outside leaving you wondering. The packaging is cheap and is not sealed shut! If I could attach a photo, I would! I will be throwing this away and find a way to be appreciative to my spouse for the gift. It was given with love and will be received with love. No complaints will be made to giver!

Waste of money. Unedible; received 12 chocolate covered strawberries, looked very pretty but was not fresh fruit and was not edible at all. Big disappointment. it was a birthday gift from son.

This tray was a gift from my company. Grapes were old, tray was made previously and grapes were old and smashed. Manager was not even willing to resolve the issue. Very disappointed. Black Dog Lane in Charlotte.

I am very disappointed with my delivery. It was for a special occasion, my boss' last day. They made the delivery without including the personalized card and bouquet. They did refund a portion of my money but the moment was ruined.

Two stars because they did complete the delivery. But I'm not sure it's better that they did. The client sent a picture. I was so disappointed, the reality was more sloppy than the photo online. They should use only the freshest and best in their arrangements for the price they charge. The dipped pieces, their most enticing offering, should be neat and without a chocolate puddle. This would have looked even worse in a bouquet! The platter was $65. SIXTY FIVE DOLLARS. I am embarrassed I sent it.

I ordered a large get well arrangement. It was delivered today. She sent me a picture and said how much she liked it. But I was thoroughly unhappy with the results. Although it had the right fruit in it It really did not look like the picture on the website. It looks totally unprofessionally arranged. Even the melon balls were cut half hazard. It looked very sparse. I’m so glad I ordered the large and paid all that money because the small would have probably been worse. I think I will just chalk it up to whoever made that arrangement had no idea what they were doing.

I’ve ordered many times from this company. In the past orders were completed as ordered and on time. This most recent order was shipped differently than past orders (FedEx this time while UPS was in the past). The order did not arrive. It was a birthday present for my twin. Since I work overseas I cannot order locally. I’ve learned two things with this failed order: 1) on line orders are not sent from the closest store to you, 2) if you ask for them to resend your order you will not get a refund if the second order also does not arrive (so ask for the refund and go locally to order).
