Always a good experience!

I had a great experience with the products from Edible Arrangement. The arrangement that I paid for got there when they said it would come and the product was fresh.

The representative, Stephanie at the Rochester NY, Jefferson Rd location was Super Nice!! Very helpful and considerate. She helped smooth out a situation with ease. I'll be reaching out to her again!! Thanks Stephanie, you're the BEST!!

Melinda Bone went out of her way to help me out when I made a mistake on the address. I highly recommend them and the arrangement are so good. Thank you Melinda for all your help. You're the best!

I called my local Edible Arrangements Store to place a Valentine's Day order to my daughter in Maryland. I was happy that I was able to interact with Jordan at the Camillus, NY store at 5384 W. Genesee St. I have used this store exclusively for my business with Edible Arrangements and I have been lucky enough to be assisted by Jordan each time. She is the epitome of what EXCELLENT customer service is and it is a pleasure to work with her. The Camillus store and Edible Arrangements is fortunate that she is their representative. She always goes the extra mile to insure that you are getting exactly what you want to make that gift extra special. You immediately know from her tone and attention to detail that she cares about the product, the customer, and satisfaction.

Placed an order with Heather @ Store # 405 in Wellington, FL on Sunday, 6/9. From the moment she picked up the phone Heather was a Ray of SUNSHINE! So Nice, Helpful, and Efficient! 2 Thumbs Up! Goes Above and Beyond and the EXTRA mile. She even rerouted my order as there was a Mix-Up with the delivery date ( NO Fault of Edible Arrangements)! HIGHLY recommend them and will DEFINITELY use again! Go Heather!!!! :-) Michael/S Jersey

This week was teachers appreciation week, and Ms. Stephanie from the Clearwater location on Court Street was very generous to donate to our school. Thank you so very much from the bottom of our hearts.

The girl in the Danbury, Ct shop was so helpful and made up a fresh delicious birthday arrangement to be delivered in Sandy Hook, Ct. The driver who delivered the arrangement was as nice as he could be. I am forever impressed with every Edible arrangement I have purchased and sent for many occasions. I will be a loyal customer and will always recommend them to anyone who needs a special delivery gift. 1/12/24.
