Ordered from Ireland for family in DC. It's a total hit, fresh fruit and cookies, generous chocolate dip, plus lovely delivery guy who rang ahead, super pleasant. Ordered on Fri afternoon and delivered on sat in 2 lovely boxes. When she sent me photos i realised the full order wasn't filled (a box of pecans were forgotten), which was annoying ! I logged a complaint, and I was refunded the difference back to my account immediately. I think we hit very lucky with the DC operation as the reviews here are awful for other locations. Its an expensive purchase so Im glad it was high quality products . Its a very smart product and in this instance great delivery service

The Clearwater, Florida team was very responsive. Kudos to Stephanie! She was polite, accommodating, and made sure to contact the unresponsive St. Petersburg team. Above all, she was considerate. When she heard that the call is international from the Philippines, she told me to call back after 20 minutes to follow-up with the other branch. I didn’t need to call though. Our order was delivered immediately. :) The only con is that the cake is small. I wish it was bigger. Other than that, the rest of the products ordered were good: balloon, box of chocolates, and dedication card. My boss and his family was very happy.

A little pricey but delivered was promised, fresh and delicious. Worth it to give something special for any occasion. We got the Delicious Daisy Dipped Strawberries.

I went to the Broad Street, Augusta, GA store in person to place an order for a thank you gift for my rehab team. I told the person taking the order that it had to arrive by 10:30 at the very latest on the Monday following my order, as the rehab site closed at 11:00. She told me that it should be no problem as they prioritize business orders. I stated that I didn't want to hear "should be no problem," I wanted to hear that it would be delivered on time. I asked her to write it on the order so that everyone involved with the delivery would know. She said she did so. On the Monday of the delivery, I received an email stating that the delivery was a success, but the email was sent at 11:56. When I replied to the email asking if it had been delivered by 10:30, I received this reply, "After reviewing your order, I see this was marked as delivered by the store at 11:56 AM. Per our delivery policy, we cannot guarantee any time requested deliveries." Well, they sure promised it to me. It turns out that, unbeknownst to me, the rehab staff had an after-hours training session that day, so serendipitously they were able to receive the delivery while it was still fresh and good. That is the only reason I feel comfortable giving four stars. They delivered on the day promised and the item was exactly as ordered. However, they should probably train staff better on delivery policies.

The fruit arrangement arrived on time. It was a big hit with the family. It was a bit pricey, but I probably would order again.

She loved them! I was underwhelmed at the actual size for the money but she smiled so i did.

My husband sent me an edible arrangement at work as a surprise. I HATE getting flowers because it seems a waste of money for something thats going to die anyway, so the alternative with this company was a sweet way for him to send me a "bouquet" at work without the waste! It was delicious, although pricey, at least it didnt go to waste!
