Get an order and it was wrong and they didn't even say they were sorry in not too happy with it

I am very disappointed I ordered nearly a month before the event the Great Outdoors Mug with fruits and when I went to collected it was just a cheap tin, at least they could have called me to let me know that what I ordered will look totally different, I understand that they have a note that states that Product Container may vary but never expected to receive a tin good for nothing. I would not recommend anyone to order there again.

They never made the delivery. Horrible phone service, SUPER rude attendant, claiming I was lying! They don't answer emails! They just destroyed a birthday surprise! Amateurs!

Awful customer service! Delivery was missing several items and when I called the store they said that they were closing and couldn't be bothered to make things right. I got my money back for the missing items after finally getting a hold of the manager three days later. But it wasn't about the money...you should train your staff better in handling these kinds of situations.

Never again will I order from this company. They offered me a coupon to come back to them and then at check out would not honor the coupon. Then I paid extra for delivery on a specific day and it did not come close to making it. Customer service has been totally unresponsive. Never again!

I will not ever order directly from them again. For Boss's day, my deliveries were not made until after close of business. Waste of money. The location on Dallas Hwy won't even answer the telephone...ever.

They never delivered my order but charged me for it. The person was home the entire day. I called the next day, the person at the store said he was going to contact the driver and call me back and never did. I placed 2 orders that day and they went to different stores. The second order did not get delivered; the first one did.

Placed order Sept 30th for delivery Oct 2nd. Received email Oct 2nd that order was getting ready for delivery and would receive another email once it went out. No email was received. Called company and was told could not be delivered until Sunday Oct 4th. Called Sunday, Oct 4th at 2:30 PM and told can't be delivered until Tuesday, Oct 6th! This was for my father-in-laws 90th birthday! Poor man could pass away by the time this horrific company got fruit to him! And he lives in Richmond, VA, not Nome, Alaska! You people advertise a product and service you can't deliver on. It's going to catch up to you!
