They called me to say my daughter wasn’t home to accept delivery and told me I had to pay a delivery charge of $16 to try again. I had chosen next day delivery to avoid a same day delivery charge of half that amount. I told them they don’t allow customers to select a delivery time window so it’s their responsibility to put their product in her hands and should have called her first since their products are FOOD, need refrigeration and are perishable. They insisted I had to pay the inflated delivery charge so I agreed. Instead, my daughter came home to find it sitting in the hallway in front of her apartment door where it had been for several hours. Lucky no one had taken it but I told her to throw it out. What a disgusting company.

Unbelievably disappointed ay this company and its handling of orders placed. If you advertise next day delivery then adhere to it. Not only was my order placed first thing in the morning, but it sat PENDING, the entire day into the next morning! I call to find out the store didn’t even MAKE THE TICKET for my order and there’s no way I could have what I ordered delivered on the DAY I PAID FOR IT. Being active duty I can’t always get to the people I love so I TRUST companies to make birthdays and holidays special. NEVER will I trust this company again, it’s like they deliberately want people to stop using their services.

I ordered a large get well arrangement. It was delivered today. She sent me a picture and said how much she liked it. But I was thoroughly unhappy with the results. Although it had the right fruit in it It really did not look like the picture on the website. It looks totally unprofessionally arranged. Even the melon balls were cut half hazard. It looked very sparse. I’m so glad I ordered the large and paid all that money because the small would have probably been worse. I think I will just chalk it up to whoever made that arrangement had no idea what they were doing.

I’ve ordered many times from this company. In the past orders were completed as ordered and on time. This most recent order was shipped differently than past orders (FedEx this time while UPS was in the past). The order did not arrive. It was a birthday present for my twin. Since I work overseas I cannot order locally. I’ve learned two things with this failed order: 1) on line orders are not sent from the closest store to you, 2) if you ask for them to resend your order you will not get a refund if the second order also does not arrive (so ask for the refund and go locally to order).

If only there's an option for Negative 5 stars. The birthday basket ordered for a client was never delivered. Edible Arrangement never informed the failure to fulfill the order. After one month later no action was taken by EA. I had to spend over an hour on the phone trying to get a simple refund jumping through all kinds of hoops. I will never spend a cent with Edible Arrangement again.

Ordered a Birthday gift for my wife and they did not want to deliver it to my door. They wanted my wife to come downstairs with the baby to the front of the building to get her gift. Very very rude at the store very unprofessional. They called me with the rudeness. 880 East 163st Bronx NY worse store ever.

I purchased a combo of cookies dipped fruit and chocolates for my grandmother's 84th birthday. She never got a chance to eat any of it because instead of it being delivered to a LIVE person like I asked, they left them on the steps in the Georgia heat. To top it off the ants got into it. I called about it and all the girl said was the driver talked to someone through the Ring doorbell so he left it there. Normally we hand it to a person. My question is why didn't the driver? Anyone can answer the Ring doorbell even when they aren't home so why leave it and not HAND it to a person like I asked. Why is there even an option to HAND it to a person when they aren't going to. I live I Minnesota and was trying to do something nice for my grandmother but this is all I get. A waste of my money for melted ant filled treats. Sad business. Never spending my money here again..

My order was delivered after a week, I got an emailed that I was going to receive delivery refund due and voucher due to the delay. However I never received a refund or any compensation, all attempt to reach edible arrangement was not responded to. Thats the first and last time I will ever order edible aarangement.
