misleading product description
I ordered Jo Malone cologne. It took two week to arrive, then there's no original box included, just a bottle. Called customer service and was told that the product is shown on their website without a box (product image) but didn't mention "no box" on the product description. Can't give it like that as a gift, yes, they told me I can return but it's already past my time frame for a birthday gift if I have to order again. That's it, not using their business anymore.
