The product arrived in a damaged box…
The product arrived in a damaged box and about one quarter of the shampoo had leaked. We could not refuse the package because we discovered the leak after the bottle was taken out of the box.

I ordered this for the holidays and my product came well packaged and quick (in less than 5 days). They also shipped out my order the day of ordering. I had some questions and was able to call the customer service number on their website. An employee quickly picked up my call and was professional, nice, and informative with answering all my questions. The product I ordered worked as advertised and didn't break during delivery. I ordered a face highlighter and it was a legitimate product (Kimchi x Trixie Mattel highlighter). I'd shop here again!
