After one week of having my car, I found duct tape holding up the fender liner. EchoPark wouldn't take responsibility for it, so I am stuck paying for it to get fixed out of pocket. I attempted to get it fixed through their service department, but it took them over 2 months to get the part ordered, so I gave up. I will never buy a car from there again and recommend against anyone else doing so. They are not a trustworthy dealership.

We totaled a vehicle we had purchased from Echo Park and returned to purchase a replacement. We provided a letter of explanation to explain why we had a loan still active on the previous vehicle, hoping to get approved for a new loan. We dealt with a different salesman than we had used for the previous vehicle purchase and did not have a good experience. We were not approved for a loan, even though we had recommended they use our letter of explanation and deal with the credit union we had used for the previous vehicle purchase which already knew about our situation. We left Echo Park and returned the following week to deal with the salesman we had used for the first vehicle purchase but the finance manager did not even want to process our loan application. We would suggest using a different dealer if this is the way they treat the previous customers.

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Expedition from this location. I couldn't have been happier with the customer service and patience of the sale team. Bret MacMillan (the salesperson I worked with) answered all of my questions a was completely transparent about the purchasing process from the beginning. There was no pressure or rush the entire time and they even allowed me to take the vehicle home and drive it around the rest of the day! I had purchased PermaPlate (one of the packages they offer for vehicle interior and exterior protection), which I had initially thought was a service but turned out to be a warranty for the application of the product. After the purchase I was left confused and honestly I felt a little misinformed. The next day after vocalizing my concerns a member of the management team called me, heard me out and cleared up whatever confusion I had. The people there are kind and even entertained my daughters while I was completing paperwork. I have and will continue to recommend EchoPark to my friends and family.

Best buying experience I've ever encountered.

Top down, the best car buying experience. Our salesman George was fantastic. Some time between the test drive and delivery, there was a crack in the windshield. They replaced it free.

I had a wonderful experience at Echo Park! They are very friendly and work very hard to find you the car and financing you need! I will definitely be buying from them going forward. I love my 2016 Hyundai Sonata :)

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. No haggle pricing sped up the process. Car was brought from a different lot to a lot closest to where I was shopping. Everyone was on time and ready for for our arrival. Nice kid area helped keep the littles entertained while we did paper work as well as the car fax gear. One area to work on is expanding of credit unions they work with, they did not work with mine which meant a couple trips back and forth to complete the deal vs a one and done if they worked with them. Car washes for life is awesome perk.
