If I could give 0 star I would have given that. The worst branch Duluth, GA. They said I have a 7-day money back guarantee, I returned the car within 4 days and didn’t get my deposit within 2weeks. I had to argue with them get my money back. They didn’t cancel my loan on my returned car. The loan company is still calling me about the loan which was supposed to cancel more than 45 days ago. The worst car buying experience ever. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go there! The whole team is a crap.

Fraudsters. Spoke to them on the phone and put a deposit on a car to buy. Told them we had a draft from our credit union and would pay some in cash. They said we could use a debit card for that. After driving 5 hours from Tallahassee they told us they wouldn't sell us the car using a bank draft. I suspect this may have been an attempt to bait and switch to their ridiculous financing. Wasted 10hrs driving and gas and a whole day for horrible customer service. On top of that, at first they refused to refund the deposit. Then said they had to email someone to arrange that. Still waiting for refund. *****Update 9/10/23 two weeks, still haven't refunded our deposit.

They sell lemons!!!! I bought a jeep, PAID 26,000$, it broke down 4 days later. I purchased the car on June 25th, I've had the car for 4 days, it's now August 11th. They gave me no updates on my car-AT ALL. they expect me to drive 45 minutes EVERY WEEK to switch out loaners (which takes over an hour each time) WHEN ITS THEIR FAULT FOR SELLING ME A LEMON. Richard Lagano is the absolute worst manager I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend hiring him to anyone, he takes advantage of women and he doesn't believe in customer service AT ALL.

Don’t go to Echo Park. They play games. I agreed to a 2-3 pm appointment to view Buick Encore 2020 White. I was very specific about which vehicle. Upon arrival I was greeted by Jose and salesman Aaron - chitchatted 20 minutes or so, then Aaron said let me go get the car - kept me waiting 10 minutes or so, came back to say the car was out as a loaner , and if I was interested in another vehicle. WTFlip…. Get out of here with that crap. Lost all credibility with me.

We bought a used car that ended up having a lot of issues. The service department made sure to fix everything! They were professional and very helpful. Highly recommend them!

I really thought this was a good company but my son bought a car from them and they have the 30 day warranty. Not a week after the car went to crap and he is now stuck and THEY WONT HELP!!!! That's what you call a bandaid job to get it sold. So heartbreaking I'm thinking a lawyer will be getting involved, very disappointed!

We have waited 20 minutes at IAH. The info keeps saying it’s here but has never shown up. Ridiculous!

I would like to give it a 3.5 star. Pros: Good customer suport Nice inventory Competitive prices Cons: They tell you to finance through their own system. You can refinance but that doesnt change much I bought my vehicle through them and its running pretty well since 3 years. It was under company warranty when I bought so have got services with the parent company. The car had a problem initially but was resolved without hassles. The only problem lies with financing through their own banks which is quiet steep.
