Stay away... Eatclean is a scam.. I purchased the Eat Clean Meals. I never received them & they dont Provide a tracking number. While i waiting a week later i am charged again. Then the top off. You can't get through via the a phone and don't respond to emails. Again it is a scam. I had a place at dispute on my credit card for them.

My experience with Eat Clean started off a little rocky. Everytime I tried to order it set off a red flag with my card company which resulted in my card being shut down twice, and an accident second account being created. (Long story short). Due to having 2 accounts (i still didnt know about the second account at this point, my first order was 2 boxes - 18 meals and 3 transactions. I was confused and a little aggravated. After emailing customer support a couple of times, a customer service lady CALLED ME!! YES, CALLED ME. Together we straightened everything out. I give customer service 5 stars and so far the meals are pretty decent.

My order was completely wrong. I went back and pulled up what i requested and it isn't even close. I've been with Eat Clean for just over a month and this is the second time i have received the wrong order. Further, the ice packs were melted and leakee all over the food containers, and there is a warning about contact with skin on the ice pack. I also sent an email with photos and haven't received a reply. I am looking for other options now. This has been one bug dissapointment.

Absolutely disgusting food. I ordered for first time and meals were mushy, had no flavor, and were super processed. I contacted customer service for refund and they refused and had horrible customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Our second order did not consist of the meals we selected when we started our subscription. When I reached out about this issue, customer service is not readily available, they have a small window between M-F 8-5. These hours are very inconvenient as they are the exact times my fiance and I are at work (as is the case with most people). We had call outside and inside of this window and we ALWAYS reach the automated recording saying "no one is available to take your call, please call again later". Eventually we did get a hold of someone who's solution was to overnight the correct meals, which never showed. Eventually, after sleeping through many loops we were given credits for those meals. Now we are currently waiting for our third delivery of new meals. We have not changed yet due to this being a common set behavior traits among the customer service of many meal prep companies as we have found. Cost wise we have benefited from promotions, which seems to be built to lure new customers in. The set projected cost of the weekly meals are approximately that of what we spend at the grocery store; we are very consistent with our meal prep. The meals seem to be cooked well and do save time. This is why Two stars. We value customer service which is what lead to us giving a low rating, however the meals taste excellent, for the most part, and for this we did not feel a one star was appropriate. The issue is getting the correct meals in a timely manner, having some sort of trained and established service policy in the event that something inevitably goes wrong, and the cost.

Horrible company! They charge your credit card just to see what meals they offer. I cancelled 5 minutes after signing up and they refused to cancel. The food looks absolutely disgusting. 2 pieces of veggies in a dinner, no veggies in dinners, 2 doughnuts in one breakfast. The images they display are nothing like what you actually select. It truly looked like a tiny portion of food that had gone bad. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because their customer service is rude and not helpful at all.

The food was okay - nothing great- BUT I noticed on their ingredient lists on the boxes 3 out of 8 did not have the correct ingredients! ex. the chicken with squash spaghetti had mushrooms in it ( they were not listed as an ingredient) - luckily i like them and am not allergic! Also, the 12 hr mojo pulled pork with plantain stated broccoli but there was zucchini instead- I think it's pretty important to list the correct food that people are ingesting! I hope someone from their mgmt see this!
