Hello, The service was good, and the chef was amazing, entertaining, and made the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, we did experience some issues with the overall experience, including the food portions, food quality, and timing. Due to unforeseen circumstances, dinner started later than expected, which resulted in us having to sit outside in the cold for a longer period of time than anticipated. We understand that unexpected situations can happen, but it did impact our experience. Additionally, two guests did not receive their chicken, there wasn’t enough steak to accommodate everyone properly, and the rice was crunchy and not fully cooked. We paid the full price for all the items and services, so it was disappointing that we didn’t receive everything we paid for and that some of the food did not meet expectations. While we genuinely appreciated the chef’s personality, entertainment, and the service provided, I wanted to bring these concerns to your attention. We were looking forward to enjoying the dinner, so it was unfortunate that these issues affected the overall experience. I hope you can understand our disappointment, and I would appreciate hearing how you can address these concerns.
