I tried to cancel this subscription 2 days after I subscribed on Sept. 1. Since it is a refrigerated product, I cancelled it in plenty of time since it wouldn't be delivered until Sept. 4. I got an email saying I couldn't cancel it because it had already been processed. Then, I got another email saying it wouldn't be delivered until Sept. 5. This place is a scam.

I had the same experience as Pavel. Canceled last year, charged $15 bag fee, and requested refund 10 days ago. They agreed to refund but did not do so. Very dishonest. Disputed with credit card.

I have cancelled my service with the company a year ago because of horrible mess of a service (not necessarily food). But 9 days ago they charged my card for $15. I logged in to my account and it says "Bagging fee". What a heck?! When I called them they said it was a mistake and they would refund within 3-5 days. 9 days later - no refund. Trying to reach them for 2 days calling multiple times a day and NOBODY ANSWERS and NO REFUND. This crappy customer service is the only reason I have cancelled my plan one year ago and they don't improve!

The food is Great! Everything tastes delicious. We appreciate the variety and frankly can’t figure out how they put out delicious food on a consistent basis. Skeptical at first. Now a Believer! This is my Go To every week!!!

I am Paleo and was excited to try this meal service. Everything came quickly and packaged as expected. Every meal tasted good and I loved the variety. I had selected dairy and grain as an allergy/dislike and still received some meals with butter and rice. A couple even had sugar (a paleo no-no). I canceled the service for this reason.

Fraudulently charged me back after 3 years

My food order was listed as in transit to UPS on 08/03 and was delivered on 08/07. By this time, the ice was totally melted and one of the ice bags had broken open spilling the contents all over food containers. I went online and requested a refund thru their chat option. They offered to send out another box. But I declined as this was the 3rd order from them and I had issues with 2 of the 3 deliveries. I called to check on the refund after 5+ days and I was told they have no records of my request and then I was told the manager would call me back. She never did. I have called every day for the last 3 days and get the same story every day…She will return my call later that day. And she never does. Very poor customer service. Update: Eat clean replied to my review on 08/25 but as of 09/03 NO ONE has contacted me. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. So disappointed! Their food was the best.

This was my first experience with pre made meals. My orders came quickly and exactly what I ordered. I am eating Keto meals and was surprised at the variety offered and the tastiness of the meals. I love the fact that I don’t have to spend time cooking or shopping.
