I have tried every meal delivery service out there. Eat Clean is my favorite because the meals are fresh and delicious. I feel good about eating the meals because the ingredients are real food. I am always satisfied and full after eating and the price is right!!

Never got the refund I was promised to receive all the way back in April. I can’t seem to find the last review I wrote about them but people need to know this is a fraudulent company that will charge your card multiple times. They attempted to make lots of unauthorized charges to my card. Had to cancel my card for fear of other fraudulent charges. They chose my Meals for Me after one of their multiple unauthorized charges of my Card went through and sent me a bunch of mushroom meals even though I am Allergic to mushroom. PayPal sided with these scammers and don’t even read the reviews that’s been written on them. So my Money was stolen from these scammers and still not returned. They need to be reported and shut down. They steal your money and then gaslight and deflect and lie that they’ll refund you and never do.

The flavor and freshness are great. I do wish there was a little more variety as far as keto and Paleo. I have tried both the regular portion and large portion; I have found that the regular portion suits me perfectly being that I am only 5' tall. The larger portion was harder for me to finish and not because the food wasn't good, it was the bigger portion size.

I've tried so many home delivery services. This by far is the best tasting, most variety, easy to heat-up and the plastic comes off easily (sounds silly yet its a thing with other brands). The food tastes delicious and the portions are great. Very tender, outstanding sauces and my doctor recommended EatClean. Don't hesitate to sign up!

The food is great but this is hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only is it difficult to get an answer from someone, when you do they don't follow through. I experienced this with several things including being overcharged and wrong orders. I would never recommend that anyone use this service

On the day that my first delivery was supposed to happen, I waited for a tracking number or at least a confirmation. When I could not find anything, I checked the dashboard and found NO FAQs, (the only place FAQs show up is on the marketing landing page, and even then it doesn't specify who their contracted shipping is) so I had to open a ticket asking what delivery service was being used and when I could expect delivery. They told me UPS (which is notoriously BAD in our area). Then a second email two hours later said that they were checking dispatch for the tracking. 6 hours later - nothing. Two days later I get an email saying that the delivery was damaged and is now scheduled for Thursday. I have since cancelled the service, and have to wonder if they expect to provide services across time zones, why they don't have a better Customer Service focus. Because I spent money on the service I did not have groceries for the week (retired/fixed income). This is not just an "inconvenience".

The food was not the issue. The customer service kept calling me back which I wanted but they hung up when I answered multiple times. My order change was received and confirmed by email yet I received the wrong meals and they refused to collect them and change them, charged my credit card and the driver pulled off right beforei was able to connect with him/her.
