Didn’t pay a vendor $5k+. Definitely something fishy going on with this company

We have been trying to resolve an outstanding payment issue with the company, but repeated attempts to obtain a clear answer have not resulted in a resolution. No vendor should have to chase a client repeatedly for payment after delivering the agreed services. Poor payment communication can leave businesses out of pocket and waste valuable time. 🚨 Protect your business. Verify payment arrangements, document every interaction, and conduct independent due diligence before entering into an agreement with Eat Clean. We are still waiting for this matter to be resolved.

Eat Clean is a great company with fresh meals delivered on wheels. I have been ordering from Eat Clean for over five years and what a difference it has made in my health journey. The meals are delicious and the portions are respectable. Thank you for your services and I 100% recommend this company.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Meals came after arrival date and were left on my porch with no alert though I signed up for one. When I viewed the meals, the ice pack was melted and the boxes soggy. The meals looked gross ! The veggies were mushy and overcooked before heating up. Meals have NO flavors, presentation AWFUL. I would not feed these to a wild animal . They forgot one important item A BARF 🤮 BAG.

BEWARE! I visited Eat Clean To Go at 11:33 AM, and at the same time my Spectrum Router Security Shield blocked a connection to inflektionhq.com. This seriously concerned me. I expect the company to explain why this connection was attempted.

Eat Clean is an Absolutely Horrible company. My first order was being forced on me on a date I did not select. I called about this, and a representative got angry with me and started arguing as if it were my fault! I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was kept on hold for 22 minutes. My second order was missing meals. I called again only to get a bad attitude from two different representatives. The second representative demanded that I take pictures of the meals I do have to get a "credit" on my account for the missing meals. That call lasted over 50+ minutes. After these horrible experiences, I called to cancel my subscription and was met with a seriously bad attitude and an argument. If I could give this company -0 stars, that would be generous!

The food is pretty good if you can actually get a delivery but the service is terrible. Wrong orders delivered nearly every week and missing food items. They do not want to credit any money back for spoiled or missing items. Stay away!
