This is such a great way to substitute meals! The food is delicious, organic and they had VEGAN OPTIONS which were actually delicious! My dad is 88 and was skeptical at first but as he tried the different dishes he enjoyed them. They tasted fresh and looked very healthy and were surprisingly very flavorful! Thank you for this wonderful prep. We loved them!

Overall the meals are really good, I haven't had any issues with delivery. It's convenient for me to have ready made meals that are actually healthy and don't ruin my diet. I wish that they had a bigger variety of keto meals, I kind of feel like the same ones get cycled. It's not too bad though. My favorite is the keto chili with muffins. The only other issue I had was once, one of the freezer packs broke open and the gel leaked out. It wasn't a big deal though, I just discarded the cardboard sleeve and wiped off the outside of the meals. I'd say they're worth trying out.

This food is so fresh and so much yummier than others I have tried. Love it!

Food tastes pretty good once I figured out which ones I liked but then I started thinking about what was on their labels. Their ingredients lists leave out things that are clearly in the food, which makes me wonder how “clean” the food even is. Their nutrition information also seems off!!!

I had been ordering food for a few weeks. Varying quality. However, one day I picked the breaded tenders and tallows. Worst mistake ever. Right when I bit into the chicken nugget, I knew something was off. Had a weird, sour taste. Didn't finish it of course. Cut to 2 hours later, had the worst abdominal pain in my life. Ended up staying in the hospital 2 days due to severe gastroenteritis caused by food poisoning. The nuggets were no good and that little bit I consumed was the culprit. Now I'm stuck with a 2900 hospital bill.

Food was delivered 2 days late and I did not feel comfortable eating it due to the packaging. The food also looked inedible. I was promised a refund months ago and still haven't received it and now they won't even answer their phones

ok, I am angry. like a lot of people say CS is not good. I can feel the attitude even via typing. the filter is horrible, I have tried other meal delivery services, this has to be the worst. I can't even filter out spicy food. It was a long clicking hectic process. the packaging. every meal is in a nice paper sleeves with exactly the same prints on it. microwave 2 mins and sit for 2 mins for everything. It didn't say if there's a difference if it's frozen or thaw overnight. There are 2 items I have, one with a sauce in it the other a yogurt, both are in those small to go container. No instruction to taking them out, of course, I did. But some people take instructions to the T, and they would microwave both sauces and yogurt some good heated sessions. Speaking of the yogurt, the yogurt tasted and textured not yogurt, I had one small spoon, I stop having it. The Dark chocolate clip muffins that comes in the same tray with the yogurt, they are so dry that I had to take a bite and drink something. There were (3) muffins, I can only make myself finish (1), don't mention, I didn't taste chocolate at all. I had a rice last night, the rice was under cooked. Oh, lack of communication. Overall, I received only (1) email from Eat Clean, which is the welcome email. No email saying that your meal is on the way, please expect it on XXXXXX date. They sent me TEXT on the date of the delivery, I want to say they asked me to click on a link. It's an unknown number asking me to click on a link? No, thank you. There are e-business that communicates too much. This one is almost like we are bothering them when we need more info. They don't want to give us updates. oh, forgot to mention. ALL meats are tough, It was like I was chewing dry gums.

I was promised a refund due to the company not being able to deliver to my area on Saturday. I have made numerous emails and promised a refund since 8/19/24 and have not gotten one.
