Some of the food is tasty, some of it is unappetizing. My order showed up warm, gel ice packs leaking gel and not really cold. I wasn't sure if the food would be safe to eat. I tried calling customer service and was hung up on 4 times after waiting. I finally reached a woman and asked for my order to be resent. She said she would escalate my request to the kitchen team and that she would personally call me back same day - she never called back. Will not be reordering with them - pricing was good though. I'm giving 3 stars because some of the meals were good so far but the experience overall was not good.

I have tried MANY meal delivery services and so far the meals from Eat Clean have been pretty tasty but the nutritional label is blatantly false. Hopefully the macros are correct to begin with but if you do the math on the macros they give, the calories are actually way higher than what’s listed on the label. This is totally illegal. I’m not sure how they are getting away with this

The food is good but plant based is too limited

Food is good but I don’t like how the expiration date is cut off on some of the meal labels. This could be dangerous to be honest. Granted I try to eat meal everyday but some stuff I may have to put in the freezer so it doesn’t spoil in the fridge. I would order again but I hope this situation is fixed. I shouldn’t have to contact customer care for important things they should be checking for.

The food is very good. The menu choices are very good also. The problem is the delivery service. If I end up cancelling my account with Eat Clean it will be because the delivery service is so bad. If they would tell me when the delivery is going to be late that would help, but nothing from the company, they just leave me hanging.

Quality of the food is excellent! My first order was delayed in shipping, so Eat Clean sent a replacement order. None of the replacement items were the same as what I originally ordered. Why? Heating instructions need to be improved. No where does it say what to do when the item ordered contains within the sealed meal a plastic container such as dipping sauce. On microwaving, the plastic container melts. This may be obvious to experienced cooks that the sauce should be heated separatly, but not to me. I need to double the heating time stated in order to adequately warm the meal. Am I supposed to thaw the meal before I heat it in the microwave, or heat it straight out of the freezer?

After 2 deliveries that were a no show, I called and canceled my subscription. They ended up sending me an order and told me to keep it in order to make up for all of the delivery issues. Since their food was good, I decided to give them another chance. After confirming two days prior to the scheduled delivery date which was today, not only did it not arrive, but I called and I was told that someone would check on it and call me back and they never did. So, this just tells me that it's not just the courier who is incompetent, but so are the people who work in their customer service dept. Now, I receive an email stating that they are planning to deliver it on NYE. Unfreakenbelievable!!!! If they think that they are going to screw up my plans for NYE, they are sadly mistaken. I'm heading out precisely at 4:30 pm and if it isn't delivered before then, they can stick it where the sun don't shine and this time, they will not get another chance to play games with me. It did arrive 10 minutes before I was ready to leave, but if this kind of nonsense continues, no matter how good the food is, it's just not worth the stress and aggravation.

Food is good, the caloric and macros are incorrect and do not match up. When I contacted them, they stated they are meals are created by nutritionist and they are working on correcting their macros/ calories…
