Delicious Keto meals!

Great selections, food quality, taste, size of portions, and variety!

Eat Clean cannot be trusted with your payment information. They charged my credit card without authorization (for unknown reasons) a month ago and are refusing to reverse the charge. I haven’t used their services since 02/28/2023 and will never use their services or recommend them in the future. When I did use their services, the food was mediocre and order accuracy was consistently wrong - which is why I stopped using them over a year ago! Poorly run company with lousy customer service and fraudulent practices. Zero stars.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I made an account just to see the menu and canceled less than 10 minutes later. They still charged me and claimed that it is apart of their TOS that first orders cannot be canceled. One, that is just terrible policy and two, it does not say that anywhere when you make an account. Customer service was absolutely terrible and unwilling to help, both by email and phone!. I would not recommend this company

You have to pay in order to see the menu. Once you get past the paywall, you find that the meals are anything but appetizing from the descriptions to the pictures. The number of spelling mistakes and inaccurate macronutrient information is also concerning. I tried to cancel within 15-minutes of signing up but was told that there were no refunds.

The keto meal choices are great. Desserts need work. No keto desserts and regular desserts are outrageously priced. $12 for a brownie that tasted awful!

I have been with Eat Clean for 5 years now. I love the convenience of pausing my meals and resuming as i need them! I even Was able to have them delivered to my hotel room when i go on business trips!! You guys rock!!

Great experience. Customer service is amazing and food is very tasty! Thank you for going above and beyond for my family on starting our new healthy journey!
