this company never sends the correct meals, will pick meals for you even if you pick ones yourself, doesn’t answer the customer services phones, will give you the run around and lie constantly. you will never get a deserved refund. do not use this company unless you want to literally throw your money away. customer serviced called me back one time and hung up the second i answered. SCAM

Use caution when ordering from this company!!! Sales, Customer Service and the Website process is sorely lacking… My husband initially ordered in February of this year, the menu selection was great and once the meals arrived he really enjoyed the taste! However, the next order meals were left out and Eat Clean provided no substitutions, we called and this time and this has only been the 2nd of over 12 calls or more that we have gotten to speak with anyone in customer service, regarding the missing meals! My husband was provided a refund that would be applied to his next order. The next order same problem arose… In August/2024, he ordered 14 meals that have yet to be delivered and as of this writing; October 25th, the meals have not been delivered/received and we have reached out via email, attempted calls and something that’s called Tickets (Information that goes directly to customer service and is intended to notify customer service for a quick response) does not work!!! I am very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of response, communication & support from this company! We placed another order on 10/3 to update the information as my husband still has a balance owed to him today for 14 meals. After this I’m going to cancel his subscription and ask our bank to get involved to have Eat Clean issue a Refund! Wish us luck… Update…Received meals on 10-28-2024! After an additional 3 calls to which I phoned Sales, Customer Service & Billing. We finally just asked to either reimburse the monies or just send a selection of 14 meals from the Plant Based Menu! (PS. Eat Clean does not provide monetary reimbursement.) WOW, this has truly been an ordeal and just look at the Reviews if you’re considering!

Terrible customer service! Food is mediocre and nutrition info is not accurate. I was scheduled to receive my weekly box delivery and it never arrived. When I contacted them, they were no help as I stated I never received it, I don't care where it says it was delivered. I have emailed, called several times for over TWO MONTHS and have never received a response and or my money back. I never received the goods I paid for, a refund is due. I have notified them I will call and email daily and write reviews anywhere possible and report to the better business bureau and place a chargeback request with my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! You will be disappointed and will never receive a resolution for anything and no contact.

Feeling a little frustrated. Enjoy the food mostly. However, getting ahold of customer service has been a real challenge. Delivery was rescheduled never received any notice. Had to call several times and send messages. My delivery was never scheduled ? They then decided to send me a delivery which was then delayed and rescheduled. I called to let them know I would be out of town to please cancel the order and refund my money. Still have had No resolution? Today I received an order and my order was incorrect? Received the wrong food and some of the packaging had no labels. Just curious to know what is happening ???

Choosing meals is easy, and delivery has been on time and well packaged. The meals in my opinion are pretty good. My only negative is that I can't skip multiple weeks at the same time, if I need to. It only shows me one week at a time, so I'd have to skip it, then remember to go back in and skip the next week when it becomes available. I'd also like to be able to rate each meal, so that I can remember which ones I liked the most.

A meal delivery service that is actually healthy! Other meal delivery services claim to be natural and healthy - but are actually filled with preservatives, fillers and low quality ingredients. Also, the portions tend to be so small, that you'd have to eat two or three of the meals if you're an adult with a typical appetite, particularly a man who doesn't want to lose muscle. Not so with "Eat Clean." Only real food in the meals and the portions are realistically generous and satisfying. Plus, the protein to fat ratio seems quite balanced. In addition, many "food delivery service" meals taste like a slightly upgraded TV dinner. Honestly, "Eat Clean" meals taste virtually the same as a homemade meal. They are fresh and delicious. I've noticed an improvement in my energy levels and clarity of mind since eating the meals now for about a month. Thank you so much to the team at "Eat Clean." Keep doing what you're doing.

At first I ordered the regular portion, however, I am greedy so before even getting my first food package I ordered the large portion for my next delivery. To my surprise the regular portion was filling enough and kept me satisfied for hours. When I did get the large portion it was way too much food for me. The meals are delicious, satisfying and meet my needs.
