The customer service is excellent and shipping prices are very competent. I have been regularly shipping with them for some time and am happy with the overall experience. Can’t say the same about Aramex courier though. I shipped with Aramex to USA in Dec 2019 and the shipment arrived a full 10 days late in Jan 2020. The shipment parcel was beat and dented inspite of fragile stickers. There was no regular tracking provided on the Aramex tracking website which was frustrating and I had some anxious moments thinking my parcel was lost!

Easy to use and include comparable prices of different providers. Delivered my item in order. Highly recommended.

I have had mixed results but the customer service has been quite good. My concerns were with the couriers themselves and how accurate the reviews and recommendations are. Recently we had a shipment to Dubai through Aramex which was scheduled to arrive on Dec. 12th. It did not arrive until late the 24th which was a huge worry as it contained Christmas gifts. There seems to be a lot of inconsistency in regards to the delivery windows. Sometimes they are right on, then when you need them the most, they are way off.

Easyship is very user-friendly and perfectly targets the eCommerce business owner customer. It ticks all boxes: - Fast - Easy to use - Transparent The only downside is the origin countries it covers at the moment since it doesn't cover EU as origin yet.
