Easy ship was great had a little problem at the courier that was resolved the same day and the package I was sending was on it's way to Australia with no problem easy agent took great care in making sure I was taken care of and got back with me on all aspects of my shipment and the process. The package was shipped from the US and made it to Australia in record time actually arrived a day early. Thank you for taking great care of my shipment. Jeffrey A Jones

We are using this service for a long time now, but I really wish there is some better competitor. The most frustrating thing is their support is super slow, everyone seems to lack any knowledge and only escalating emails to someone else who actually never reply. We've made a mistake using their prepaid system which resulted in lost over 5k HKD, and even we've provided to the list of ALL invoices from THEIR system and record of payments they still didn't do anything (I mean they didn't refuse the cover the difference, because this case was never solved, only "like-robot" answers they are looking into it... later their simply stop answering our emails. It took us a YEAR (!!!!!!) and we never saw that money back. Later they suddenly changed the invoicing system and old records are not available anymore, not even in the archive. They also lost our packages (at their depo, it wasn't courrier fault) and the compensation is was so low, it wasn't even a good joke. Absolutely disgusting experience considering the money we've spent with them.

My shipment was damaged in transit, when I created my shipping quote and placed my order with easyship.com, the shipping service, carrier and cost was based on the size and weight of my shipment and description of the item I was shipping. My shipment was damaged in transit to my customer, I paid for additional insurance to cover the loss or damage of my shipment through Easyship.com's affiliate insureship.com who has denied my claim due to improper packaging that it should have been crated or palleted which was not a shipping option offered to me on the easyship.com website, which is an error on their part, had they not be able to accommodate my shipping needs based on size and weight and description then I would have went another shipping route. Both companies are fault and I would like to get my customer refunded ASAP! I have computer screen shots showing my limited options on their website of my shipment. Still waiting on them to do the right thing regarding a refund. The bad reviews seem to be adding up and I do not recommend this company to anyone! I have filed complaints with the BBB, business license for the State of NY, etc. I do believe this company is one giant SCAM!

SINGAPORE - I've engaged Easyship for about 6 months avg 3 parcels monthly worldwide. Rate has been slightly higher than local companies but the smooth processes is what attracted me. However... claiming a refund from Easyship is a Nightmare. They need 90 days to process a claim (Despite it being 100% their fault)!!! 15 Mar 2019 - I've engaged their services and pay SGD$800+ to ship 2 parcels to Germany. Only 1 parcel arrived but tracking revealed all arrived till recipient notified me later 1 parcel was missing. Initiated a case with UPS (engaged by ES) and in 2 days, they found my parcel lying somewhere and continued to forward it to final destination. It arrived badly damaged with photos taken as proof. April 1 - The case was opened with EasyShip for a full claim as I've photos proof at point of collection, when it was found at their warehouse and subsequently at the final destination. UPS even collected back the item to validate the damages and returned to destination within 3 days. And with all documents proof, validation by courier all completed. I was told it needed 90 days to process a claim. Whoever they employed to work there must be having a damn good life. Is a 3rd world processing speed when it comes to Refund. Or Easyship is hoping you may forget all about the case. Avoid Easyship if you can. I will provide updates as my case progress along. 28 Apr 2019

this is the best shipping app for ecomerce. I use it for different plateform, and Easyship is very easy to use and to set up ! and prices are very competitive for consumers. Thank you

We have used EasyShip for a while. In Feb 2019 they did some deal with a HK warehouse where we use their system but also have to pay a HK warehouse directly. Since then it's become an absolute pain to use. So much so we will be moving away as soon as we can. We have to pay EasyShip for the shipping through their portal and then we have to pay the warehouse for the handling through another portal. Put it this way. I have one shipment I am trying to get out and have been since Monday. I pay Easyship for the shipping. Two days later it's still stuck in the warehouse as I need to prepay for the handling....not that I get any form of invoice or anything at all. I pay what's required for the handling to then get a message back to say I need to pay 15HKD more to cover PayPal fees! Apparently, I need to cover the the warehouses PayPal fee!! What a joke! It's an absolute pain in the backside. I really rated EasyShip up until they did this deal in HK but now it's become cumbersome and we are actively looking to move away. I
