Very happy with the way your team handled my problem- thank you

Recently my clients have complained that they have not received items mostly because they were not notified as to their being at a pick-up centre though I paid for signed for delivery. Also, I was hit with extra charges for returns due to incorrect weights - these are parcels deposited at our local post office and weighed before reception by their staff. Our measurements for standard boxed just do not change and I feel cheated. I seldom feel moved to write a bad review but this is a difficult company to work with. Sadly they were recommended by Etsy but I will be on the forum to inform other Etsy users of my experiences.

The Platform is very easy to operate and convenient but the shipping status needs to be updated real time, as the customers are always curious to know their shipment progress.

Enjoyed the services provided by easyship. The website design is clean and straight forward for easy navigation. Really loved the integration with shopify where my orders are automatically updated on shopify after confirming a courier service.

Pricing good. Pickup fell through first day but helpdesk arranged a drop off. Difficult covid times for shippers but arrived within the month.

I'm planning to start an eBay reseller business in the future. I had a package to ship to the Netherlands and I wanted to prepay the customs duties and the import taxes that are quite high. I was unable to get a quote calc on the international customs and taxes from another highly recommended shipping site, and I accidentally found EasyShip. So glad I found EasyShip. They aren't kidding about being easy. As hard as it is to ship international using eBay tools, you can easily determine the Harmonization code and get a quote to include insurance and all the customs and taxes upfront before generating your shipping label. On EasyShip I was able to schedule a UPS pickup for a very small fee compared to using UPS directly. I used the 7 day trial on EasyShip to send my oversize package, which weighed 12 pounds, and EasyShip produced all the documents required for attachment (the commercial invoice). Truly the easiest experience I've had with any shipping vendor. It is truly Easy. And the help features answered all my questions about what gets included and how to format the international address. This is a great product.
