Extremely amazing service I was given accurate information about the service every time I needed guidance I have used USPS and they are a joke compared to DHL and your service.

Pocket the money and throw away the item.
Sent a package (a sample) to a customer and six weeks later it still says "En Route." There is no way to track it or anyone to talk to. I am inclined to believe that this company just pockets your money and tosses the item away. Update: Revising my review to show that my package got there eventually (2 months). I don't think it's the fault of Easyship. My problem is that they are the host for all the different shippers and they should bear some responsibility for companies that advertise on their website that something will take 10 business days but end up taking two months. Do not ship anything DHL international to a third world country. Unless you're not in a hurry, and can wait two months. Stick with FedEx. They are pretty good with their dates and if it's late, they will update and let you know where your package is.

Hi June, Thank you for your feedback, I can assure you we do not throw any items away, mainly because we never have access to your item! Easyship allows you to select a Courier based on our preferred rates, once the carrier is selected and the shipment is picked up, it is the responsibility of that Courier to deliver your shipment successfully. Unfortunately from time to time, something will go wrong, which is why we always advise our users to Insure their shipment so they do not lose out. However we will always work hard on our customers' behalves to ensure we get the best possible outcome from their chosen courier in the event of loss or damage. Easyship is the best shipping software we've ever used. Right from the beginning Its user friendly interface made it quite easy for us to manage our shipping orders without any stress. Their customer service is superb and their integrations work flawlessly. I recommend it 100%!

I have had an awful experience with…
I have had an awful experience with Easyship. They have made unjust upcharges on multiple shipments which I can prove are incorrect and have ignored my emails for 2 months despite disputing these charges.
