Easyship wrongly charged me $1600 (for a service that I did not request and did not use) after specifically saying that they would not. After dozens of emails to get reimbursed, they "offered" me $800 credit to spend with Easyship, as if I was still gong to use their services after being scammed. I offered them many opportunities to make it right but they chose not to, so I would like to warn other e-commerce merchants no to touch this dishonest company with a barge pole. EDIT 15/06/2022 : As EasyShip just replied in the comment below, they have now taken back the $800 credit that they had initially given me as a compensation for the $1600 they wrongly charged me. Thank you EasyShip! To the other e-commerce merchants out there : you are now warned. Accept whatever EasyShip decides to charge you, be happy with whatever “compensation” they begrudgingly offer you, and don’t post a public comment about your bad experience or they’ll punish you by taking back that compensation and closing your account. That whole experience speaks for itself.

Jeremie, As we have informed you, your accounts have been closed due to your behaviour and the language you have used towards our staff. As we have explained several times, if an Easyship user signs up to an account and uses it, we are under no obligation to refund the amounts if you claim you were unaware. We made a generous offer to you as a gesture of goodwill which has is no longer active. We have requested once again for Trustpilot to remove your latest post. Kind regards, Easyship
