Follow up and customer service great.

These hearing aids are great and less than half of what i was quoted for prescription hearing aids. I didn't realize how bad my hearing was until i started using them. Would highly recommend.

I’m a first-time hearing aid user and very reluctant buyer. I kept saying that I don’t have a hearing problem, but I knew I missed words in group conversations and said “what” way too often. I did my research and decided that I wanted an in-ear-canal device with rechargeable batteries. I also wanted to be able to try the product before purchasing. Getting “test only” ear plugs was a big plus for me. After one week of sticking those “test” plugs into my ears, I knew I made the right decision. Plus knowing that I had 45 days to return the ear plugs for a full refund was comforting. Ordering, delivery, and follow-up was done with a very helpful and professional way. There was no lack of phone calls, emails, and instructional videos. Everyone from the sales and technical staff to the audiologists wanted to answer my questions or concerns and that I was pleased with my ear plugs. At night I pull out my ear plugs, clean/brush off any wax and place in this neat little Charger case. How easy. In summary: nearly invisible, rechargeable batteries, feel comfortable, hearing greatly improved, easy to change program from tv to restaurant by phone app or ear tapping. (I prefer ear tapping) It’s a five-star product from five-star company.

The Eargo hifi hearing aids I purchased have been an unexpectedly rewarding change in my life. I am now able to hear sounds clearly that slowly were stolen from me. Now I can hear soft voices, enjoy listening to people talk in crowds or groups, can hear music, especially classical where I can differentiate among the different instruments. I'm 86 and never thought I could hear these sounds again. And three pluses. The price is reasonable. The hearing aids are easy to use, insert, adjust, clean and store. And the staff and tech support are friendly, helpful, professional and quick to respond with advice, service and free products. Do as this octogenarian did: Buy the Ergo hearing aids. They will change your life for the better.

First the Eargo technology is very impressive…to be able to design a very effective hearing aid into such a small device is a great accomplishment. And working with the Eargo Audiologists…Jerry and Amber has been excellent. Both have been professional, knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. With full disclosure I bought my Eargo 6 devices directly from Eargo because these were my first hearing aids and I wanted to use the slightly longer ‘return period’ that came with buying directly from Eargo. However now that I have experienced the devices, and Eargo’s service, I would not hesitate to buy them from Amazon or another Retailer

The Eargo 6 devices work just as advertised. I like that I can adjust them on my phone and store 4 programs for different situations. The Eargo folks have emailed and messaged every week to ensure I'm happy with their product. Great product and good customer service.

This company is leading the way in completely in canal hearing aids. No more hanger behind the ear! I started with an earlier version of Eargo and recently stepped up to their latest version, Eargo 6. I had a minor problem with the new Eargo 6, and they jumped right on the issue to fix it. Good customer service, good product, good price. Hightly recommended.
