Wonderful product. I've known for two years that I needed Hearing Aids. It was emotionally disturbing not to be able the hear sounds. Compounded by Tinnitus. Now I can have conversations without asking others to repeat themselves. They are comfortable and I forget I have them in. Nothing will cure Tinnitus, but my Eargos diminish that noise a great deal. Professional Representative is available and answers all questions is wonderful. They are personable and knowledgeable. I'm still surprised how much I love them.

Every interaction I have had with any Eargo representative has exceeded my expectations. Professional, respectful, knowledgeable people who seem to understand all the issues of hearing loss. Follow up measures are excellent, cost is reasonable, and the product works as expected.

After using over the ear hearing devices for nearly 2 years I realized I truly needed them but I was ready to graduate to an in ear canal device. After much diligent research I decided to call Eargo. My questions were answered and I was assured unlimited support from hearing specialists as well as the guarantee of a full refund after 45 days if I was not happy with my purchase. As it turns out it was one of the best purchases I have ever made. The company is outstanding to deal with and the hearing devices are easy, comfortable, and work extremely well. I would encourage anyone considering an in ear canal hearing device to reach out to Eargo.

The Eargo 6 is my third pair of Eargos. The first pair was very good, the second pair were great and the Eargo 6 is amazing. They are truly invisible. They are easy to insert, clean and charge. I appreciate that the Eargo 6 is basically waterproof. No, you can’t wear them scuba diving. But if you forget and keep them in while you shower they won’t get damaged. Customer service is wonderful. If I ever have a question or a problem someone is always available to help. I can’t imagine ever changing brands.

I purchased the Eargo 5 hearing aids. The improvement in my hearing has been remarkable. I primarily use them at work, where I can now hear conversations, and at home for watching TV prior to using these, my wife would complain that the TV was too loud. The devices themselves are remarkably small and unobtrusive, Unless someone is looking directly into your ear, no one would know you're wearing them. It was important to me to have this type of device because I wear glasses and having more than one thing draped over my ears would be problematic. They charge directly in the storage case and last as long as I've ever worn them, which is about 9 hours. They advertise a 16-hour charge life, but I've not used them that long. My only negative is the case itself; it can be sometimes difficult to seat the cap securely, and if it's not seated securely and you pick the case up by the lid, the bottom (which holds the devices) can drop off. When that happens, the devices will in all likelihood fall out of the case from even minimal impact. That's the only part of the entire product that could use improvement.

I am a musician and music lover and I haven't heard music properly in many years. Putting the Eargo's in dramatically changes what I get to hear. It brought a tear to my eye the first time I put a record on with them in. The heavy blanket had been lifted from my ears. Playing my guitar gave me chills, I hear tones I haven't heard in 20 years. My band mates say I sing way more on key than they've ever heard me. I had a small problem where they'd go quiet when driving with music on and the rep I spoke to sent a custom program to them and it stopped doing it! It's absolutely life changing getting my hearing back. I can't say enough about what the Eargo's did for me.

The Eargo is invisible it doesn’t look like you have a prosthetic ear you can vary the sound for different and noisy locations no battery to Chang every day I’ve tried the 6,000 aids at the hearing center and thy didn’t cut it Neil

I tried the hearing aids for about a month. The devices were easy to use and they helped adjust them several times, but my hearing loss was just too bad. Returning the Eargos was simple and they provided a full refund just as promised.
