I have been very pleased with my Eargo 6 hearing aids and the support I have received from the company. The hearing aids have been adjusted to meet my hearing requirements through their app. No fuss! I hear things I never knew were making sounds!!!

Eargo you are the complete package!! The capability to adjust/change a setting on my phone to hear better in a different situation. Video support to show me how they work and to care for them. To be able to pick up the phone and talk with a live person not just a recording/call center who don’t care. Price…I’m on a fixed income and my insurance don’t cover hearing aids. Your half the price as others and even so I had a hard time letting go of that kind of money. But I knew I had to do something. So I took the plunge and I’m glade I did. No more saying what did you say over and over again. This little hearing aid is truly a game changer for me. Thanks Eargo! Julia M

After numerous phone calls to multiple hearing aid companies, I decided to try Eargo. Ordered and received my hearing aids. Charged them and put them in place. Made some adjustments on the application I downloaded to my phone and followed the procedure to upload the new information to the hearing aids. Messed them up and did a restore to the original settings. Tried again and found the issue was me and not the application. I enjoy hearing all the conversations and also hearing things like birds singing in the morning. Never realized what I was missing. Very happy with my purchase and regret waiting so long.

I recently upgraded my devices from NeoHifi to Eargo 6. I’m now at the mid-point of my trial period. I am very pleased with -the improved clarity of Eargo6 -the sound match technology and the ability to repeat as needed - improved charger and magnetic locking feature - my hearing we experience has much improved I was experiencing more feedback and whistling but after experimenting with the petals i have a better fit and distraction. Im anxious to see what the upcoming software updates will bring.

The Eargo 6 hearing aids are excellent, and their customer service has been very responsive to any questions I have. I’ve recommended Eargo to several friends and family members.

I have been an Eargo customer for years and have migrated through a few of the models. I have just upgraded to Eargo 6 and find them to be a noticeable improvement. I have the Samsung 22 Ultra smart phone and experienced some compatibility problems with the Eargo app, however the Eargo audio specialist found a work around to the problem. I highly recommend Eargo based on device performance, price, and customer support.

Over all my experience has been very positive. Customer service to date has been excellent and hearing specialist has been beyond helpful. Tinnitus relief has been phenomenal.

Having never used hearing aids before I researched the subject for quite a while. I talked with quite a few people that had hearing aids, even a retired friend that was in the business for many years. A family friend said she was using Eargo and loved them. So I put all my information together and purchased a set in December 2022. My review is as follows: Pros • I'm a techie guy so I love the idea of doing the entire testing and purchasing online. • Eargo hearing aids are nearly invisible. • No batteries to change every few days. • Bluetooth adjustments are done through my phone using the app. • Ability to mute them through the phone app. • Service and support are handled by phone and online. Cons • Not a single one! An additional surprise was the high quality professional phone support. Well trained personnel have answered my two calls and helped me through the process. My wife loves them!
