The left earpiece failed after six months. Because I received them as a gift, Eargo refused to do anything for me, not even selling me a single replacement. in truth, I was already very dissatisfied with them. Constant feedback and fit problems.They are.slow to come out of the sleep mode and often hard to sync, They also did not directly with my iPhone, only their proprietary app. Look at other brands.

Eargo's are the best, I've had a few different hearing aids & I don't think any are perfect but I am very happy with mine & I wear them every day! Highly recommend!

I purchased the Eargo 7 over a month ago and have been extremely satisfied. One thing that really stands out is their customer support. I was hesitant to purchase, what is essentially a medical device, online. Eargo professionals have been available both online and by phone. Prior to completing my purchase, I found them to be available to answer questions without an aggressive sales pitch. The app makes minor adjustments easy and discrete.

Can't tell you what a great change my Eargo7s have made in my life. I put them in in the morning and don't think about them until I take them out a night. And my hearing is so improved. Also Eargo's customer service is unbelievably good. An audiologist is a call away and so helpful. Honestly...I couldn't be happier and recommend Eargo7s to everyone who needs them now or almost certainly will need them in the future.

I have been wearing hearing aids for about ten years and the Eargo 4,5,6 and 7 for past 5 years. The Eargo7 is far and away the best hearing aid and iPhone App I have experienced. The ability to hear speech in large rooms and in noisy environments is amazing. I have moderate hearing loss but was not able to hear with previous aids in similar situations.

I suppose that for some people with very minor hearing loss, these devices are fine. I started out with crazy expensive Oticons that I was overall happy with except for the price. They wore out. I decided to give Eargo a try. While they made a noble effort to help, these devices are not all that good. They may help some folks with minor hearing disabilities. But in all seriousness, if you need good hearing aids as I do, you have to pay the price. After one year, I abandoned Eargo and went with hear.com. The difference is like night and day. I have no major complaint with Eargo. But their devices are not on par with real hearing aids in spite of their clever and effective marketing. The app that accompanies Eargo? Honestly, it's awful. It is buggy and just doesn't work well.

Have had my Eargo 7 for several weeks now and am so happy with my decision. They are small enough to be comfortable in my tiny ear canals, the sound match and app are easy to use and the customer support is amazing. This company is really there for the end user with very quick response time to questions and support needs. And the devices are almost invisible in the ears. No more asking for people to repeat themselves. Yay!

I can repeat here what I have written and said many times, the Eargo product is amazing and it has grown even better over the many years I have used it. But one undeniable thing has been consistent right on through my most recent order and installation of the Eargo7 and that is the remarkable customer service. patient, professional, dedicated; how many more accolades could I pour upon them? In a time and age of generally poor services, Eargo steps out of the crowd as the best.
