My boyfriend and I got two bicycles, and in one month and a half we got an arm crank and two wheels broken (and no, we didn't use the bikes like crazy). Moreover, we have to wait more than THREE WEEKS for the wheel replacements (from China to the Netherlands). That's insane

Bought my dyu bike from an independent dealer today on my lunch break. Everyone in work thought it looked boss ! Rode it home and loved it . No experience dealing directly with this company but what I can say is the 26 inch c1 dyu is amazing. So pleased I bought it! Early days but bike is boss so far. It flys . Impressive.

Sent a damaged bike (damaged charging port which makes the bike useless) and told me I needed to return the bike in an an "undamaged" condition to get a refund. Very poor, unprofessional, customer service. No refund, just noise.

Concernant les commandes effectuées sur ce site, celles ci ont été reçues. Le gros problème, c'est que vous pouvez envoyer des mails qui restent sans réponses (SPAM ou réception). Le suivi n'existe pas avec des mentions légères comme "REALISEE". Si par malheur votre colis n'arrive pas, il n'y pas de moyen de connaître la démarche à suivre. Donc colis et paiement perdus. Très inquiet de commander sur leur site mais parfois, pas le choix, car j'ai acheté un vélo de cette marque. Vigilance à prendre concernant chaque marque à prendre pour ce cas.

Hello, 2 months ago I bought a dyu-a1f-pro, but it no longer has the same power and the option of riding it only on electric power doesn't go anywhere, what should I do?

The DYU Stroll 1 comes very well packaged and, following the instructions, is very intuitive to assemble. I've already done +- 150 km with the e-bike and I'm very pleased with the performance! It is definitely an excellent product with great quality/price!

Just received Stroll1 extremely swift delivery. In my opinion only suited to tarmac which is understandable in a city/commuter bike.Went together ok apart from stand which remains a mystery. Supplied with 2 pin plug which I thought was illegal in uk. Some gear slippage but generally fairly pleased. Support rubbish (bots over weekend). Can’t see snyway to check hours:/mileage undertaken but this could be user error.

Ik heb de DYU D3F met gashendel. Werkt op zich prima en batterij gaat lang mee. Kwaliteit conform aankoopbedrag (niet hoog). Maar…Na minder dan een jaar ging het stuur enorm wiebelen, bleek een losgelopen afstelconus (?) te zijn. Gelukkig via via een fietsenmaker met staalbewerkingsachtergrond kunnen vinden die het probleem heeft gelocaliseerd en verholpen voor me. Van DYU Azië kreeg ik alleen in het Engels de tip om een bout strakker aan te draaien, geen garantie, geen verdere hulp, niks. Dus: leuk fietsje voor als het werkt, maar als er iets mis gaat -wat gezien de matige kwaliteit van de fiets niet ondenkbaar is- dan moet je het zelf uitzoeken en betalen.
