The ordering process was a breeze, I was pleased to get through the ordering in just a few minutes. I am looking forward to the chipper/shredder getting here. Brenda

DR canceled the order because it was not in stock but did not refund the cost of the warranty for the product purchased.

I ordered the small tiller for work in some flower beds that I am making. I received it quickly, it was easy to assemble, and it works great. I am very happy with my machine so far. i

Dan in sales, helped me with my order. Easy.
