Ordered a manual plow for 2500$ delivered damaged. After talking to customer for several weeks they redelivered the damaged product. Pretty sure they waited until UPS returned the plow then resent it to me.

Sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. This was a reconditioned unit but, she left me feeling that it was as good as new, with warranty of a new one. Just all around a very good experience. I am a repeat buyer of DR products and have had great performance from them.

I received shipment of my new DR snowblower today. Looking forward to putting it together and using it for my property. If it’s anything like the Pro XLSP stump grinder and Pro XL34T log splitter it will take care of all my needs. Would like to thank Curt for helping me with the purchase of the snowblower. Paid over $2100 for a Premier 26 10.5hp Briggs & Stratton walk behind mower. The first time I tried to use it, the blade would not turn. After repairing that myself (shim missing on deck pulley), It would not shut off. After adjusting throttle cable to shut off, it would not start (no choke). After 10 hours of use I heard a pop and when I stopped to see what was wrong, I saw oil leaking out the side of the engine block (broken rod). I called DR Power and they said to take it to the nearest authorized service center (150mi.). After sitting there for 7 weeks with no word on whether or when it would be fixed, I had to go get it (150mi.) and take it to another authorized service closer to home. After another 4 weeks and no word on progress or repair, I picked it up and brought it home. I ended up purchasing a new Honda GXV390 engine for another $1100 and installed it myself. When I told DR Power they said my warranty for the mower would be voided because I was not authorized to make these repairs. I told them my warranty wasn't worth the paper it was written on. I will never buy another DR Power Product again.

Unpatriotic company ripping off hard working Americans. Bought leaf vacuum from them. It’s run maybe 10 hours and now won’t start. And even during those ten hours, it took all sorts of finagling. They won’t accept return and now I have to see if any service center will come to pick this up this 150lb paper weight. Customer service is slow to return messages and they expect you to have specialized equipment to troubleshoot. They wanted me to get a new battery to troubleshoot the one that should be working on it. Bad company that doesn’t deserve anyone’s money.

Ordered on Nov 1 a leaf vacuum with deck adapter. Customer service could not affirm the correctness of the adapter as DR Pro is not having any database for lawn tractors. The answer received “you van return it” is very unsatisfactory. Leaf vacuum today Nov 8 overdue for shipping according to WEB site (today) 4-5 business days. Was told the vacuum is cack ordered uncomfirmed till end of November, despite the WEB site still does not say so. No email was sent about this fact, accept you could call in, what exactly you did. This is NOT a trustworthy company, nor the customer service we expected from this brand name company. So far, an extremely disappointed order experience!
