DRPower EquipmentReviews of drpower.com

Fast delivery detailed instructions rugged duty & fit my 25 yr old garden tractor without too much trouble and the construction is not stamped out sheet metal it’s engineered right and a few extra hardware parts made me say I’m glad I got this brand

Experience initially started off poorly as my much anticipated paid for delivery arrived without a notification of arrival date and my machine being left on the side of my entrance road far from storage building despite adequate room for truck access. However, once dr power support was contacted they promptly refunded the delivery charge. I have used the machine twice and thus far it performs as advertised. At this time I am very satisfied with its performance.

Ordered a product, recieve zero communication about it, poor service makes me want to cancel

@DRPowerEquip Two uses. Two breakdowns. I would not buy this again. I purchased a DR pull-behind brush cutter to mow tall weeds and vegetation around my lake—ordinary work for a machine that is specifically sold as a brush cutter. I have used it TWICE. It has broken TWICE. After the latest failure, the mower blades will not even engage. What has been almost as disappointing as the reliability of the machine is the response I received when I asked DR Power Equipment for help. I was told to check and photograph the belt. That sounds simple until you realize accessing the belt requires removing multiple bolts, steel covers, and working around the gas tank. I am a senior, disabled veteran, and widow. I purchased this equipment because I needed a reliable machine to help maintain my property—not because I wanted to dismantle a nearly new piece of power equipment in order to prove that it needs warranty service. I cannot safely perform the disassembly DR is requesting, and I have told them that. For equipment at this price point, I expected a product capable of performing the job it was designed to do and a company willing to stand behind it when something went wrong. Instead, my experience so far has been: 2 uses. 2 failures. 0 confidence that this machine will be dependable when I need it. I have asked DR to arrange an appropriate warranty repair, service solution, or replacement rather than requiring me to continue troubleshooting and disassembling the machine myself. Until DR Power Equipment resolves this, I cannot recommend this product or the customer support I have received. I will update this review if DR steps up and makes this right.

I have the Pro Max 52T tow behind brush hog, but it’s more like a mower and it’s actually a very dangerous design because of the wiring harness and the trailer hitch system. There’s also no guard for the engine and the engine keeps getting ripped apart by the brush that I’m driving through I’ve repeatedly called them, but they refuse to acknowledge it or help in any way shape or form. There are much better options out there for clearing brush. I believe this is a very dangerous design I strongly recommend you buy something else

I ordered my DR trimmer pro on August 12, my credit card was instantly charged the $504.13 which has been on hold in my account. I was told when I placed my order that I should have my order in 3 to 6 days. I waited and waited and waited, never received an email, call, etc. I finally reached out to ask about my order(through the chat) and was told it was on backorder until August 25th and that I should receive an email with the tracking info. August 25th comes and goes with no email, text, or call. I reach out again on August 27th and now told on backorder until September 9th. I was quite upset and ask why they could put the hold on my account for the money but not have the courtesy of an email to let me know that it was again on backorder, I was told that due to having so many backorders and customer calls that they turned off their automated emails!!! I have now cancelled my order and told that my funds would be back into my account in 3 to 6 business days. OMG. For a company that advertises how great they and their products are, I have to disagree. Now I have to go to another company to order my trimmer, (hopefully this time a company with integrity) and have to wait another week. I honestly would tell anyone not to use DR Power Equipment

Do not purchase anything from this company. The details of the item are buried within the fine print. I ordered a brush mower and didn't realize the unit did not have the features I wanted. So I returned it still in the crate. It has been a month and I haven't received my refund of $2800!! TAKES YOUR MONEY and WONT RETURN IT.

I ordered the upgraded head for my trimmer on August 1, 2026. The website shows shipping in 3-4 business days. I have received 5 different notices with expected delivery dates and the item never ships. I contacted the company via email and was told it would not be available until September 1, 2026. Here it is 2 weeks later and the website still shows the item in stock with shipping on 3-4 business days. That’s just an outright lie to get customers to order and then they string you along. Very Poor business!
