I ordered a set of Dekoni iPod pro earbuds and received them after 30 days. The product was faulty and could not attach to my AirPods. The quality control is poor. They refused to provide a refund or send out new one. Support is not helpful at all and just ignore your enquiry.

Ordered some Planck kits from them and everything was great. Just wish there was a way to avoid the pricey european custom taxes:)

I believe after the name change from Massdrop to Drop is when everything went down hill or got worse. I have ordered a few things in the past that went through okay, but a recent purchase made me no longer a customer for good. To be exact, two people are no longer are customers. The customer service is poor, you'll have to be lucky to get a response back. You'll need to nag and nag to the point of filing a claim at your bank for a refund, since Drop won't respond back. The prices are good, I'll admit that, but you're taking a chance to get what you paid for. ALSO, if you notice the reviews have changed from positive(2019) to negative is a red flag for you to find a trustworthy vendor that is NOT Drop.

They conveniently reserve the shipment date until after you can't refund, shame I paid extra for faster shipping.

Totally lost their way. I used to love the old massdrop.com and I spend thousands there. We had to wait for our orders but the price was worth it. Now you can get the same price on Amazon with 2 day shipping for free or buy it direct from Chine for less with about the same delivery. Its just a scam now.

Ordered and received a mechanical keyboard keycap set. One key was missing which kinda ruins the whole set. They refunded $10 of the $122 purchase but would not do anything else or let me return the set for a refund. So i am left with an incomplete product at $112 dollars. Before this, I've ordered over 15 times from them for over $1,800 but I don't trust them anymore.

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR! This company is full fo frauds and crooks. Customer service is terrible. When I ordered a headset to be sent to Australia, they promised that it would ship and arrive within 14 days. I asked their CS if this was guaranteed as I needed it for work. Seven days go by and they hadn't even shipped the item. I contacted CS again. Again they promised it would arrive in time. It has now been 30+ days and according to their tracking, it hasn't even left New York, USA. CS said that they will not open a case until May 27th... That's nearly 2 months after the order was placed. I have asked them to cancel the order and they have refused. In addition, the tracking phone number they give to DHL does not recognise the tracking ID they have given. CS was terrible. As of today I am forced to go and buy a new item, even though I have not received the item I bought from this company. DO NOT RISK IT. I am an optimistic person. I saw simular reviews on here, I just assumed it was a one off situation... but now I can see that it is a common situation for this companies customers. Read the reviews. There are so many. They did not send the item I paid for. Now we are opening a case with our CC and reporting to Trading Standards. If you are considering buying from this company, save yourself the hassle and waste of money. Shop elsewhere.
