BUYER BEWARE - RIGID, NO HOLDS BARRED RETURN POLICY
I cannot recommend placing an order with Drop. They have a strict 30 day return policy that apparently can't be broken for any reason other than if the item arrives "damaged, defective, not-as-advertised, or are missing components". I purchased keyboard caps that my adult son wanted for Christmas. Silly me, I started my Christmas shopping in early October because I was worried about stock running out and shipping issues. We celebrated our Christmas just last weekend and my son discovered that although the key caps were "advertised" to fit the keyboard he wanted them for, they do NOT. They're too thick and the keys stick. I contacted Drop to see about returning them (They were $58) and I got a reply from "Amy" stating that they could not facilitate a return for the reasons I listed above in quotes. So, if you're reading this, I suggest whatever item you're looking at that Drop sells, find A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO ORDER FROM. Most stores offer an extended return policy around Christmas, because they know that people buy items, and then said items are looked at for possibly 2 months or more. I responded to Amy asking how my return request didn't fall under the "not as advertised" category in this way: "Amy, I just reread what "qualifies" as a valid return beyond your 30 day strict policy. You listed "Not As Advertised" as one of the reasons. How is it that the key caps I ordered are "not as advertised" if they claim to fit a certain keyboard and then they DON'T actually fit that certain keyboard? Think about it - say you placed an order for a phone case that says it fits a Samsung Galaxy Note 9, which your husband owns and wants for Christmas. The case arrives, you wrap it and 6 weeks later, it's Christmas and you discover it actually doesn't fit your husband's Samsung phone. You ordered it because they "advertised" that it fit. Are you willing to keep it when it doesn't fit? Are you willing to throw the money away because you were uninformed enough to believe the site you ordered from when they said the case would fit? But you're past their return window, because you waited to give him the gift at Christmas. You didn't wait until 2 weeks before Christmas to order because you were afraid the case would be sold out or maybe not arrive in time due to shipping issues. Gosh, you're just not very smart about this stuff, are you?" I'm out $58. My son is cheated out of a Christmas gift. I probably won't get him something else because I've maxed out my Christmas budget. Please don't make the same mistake that I did. Buy your key caps, headphones, keyboards, amplifiers, etc FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. Somewhere, that if the item isn't right, or you aren't satisfied for whatever reason, you can return your purchase. If you do order from Drop, don't say you weren't warned. UPDATE RESPONSE to DROP: As I stated, yes, I'm aware it was past the "return window", however, you sold those keys to fit the keyboard they were purchased for. They DID NOT. That's false, misleading advertising and normal companies back up their products to work for what they say they will. Also, I started my christmas shopping in Oct. Normally, folks don't exchange gifts until Dec or Jan. Yes, maybe I should have waited until right before I was going to give the gift, but again, normally, people don't do that because of the risk that the item they want won't be available or won't arrive in time. My complaint has clearly fallen on deaf ears, so to those of you taking the time to read this review: You have been Warned. DON'T BUY FROM DROP.

We received your return request outside of the return window for the Artifact Bloom Series Keycap Set: Glow.
