They offer good products and collaboration series product. Where they're very good is their support. I've returned product, had product issues, had product stuck in shipment, and they go above and beyond. At the end of it all, they always make sure that I'm a satisfied customer. What more can you ask really?

Item was DOA. Drop has been evasive and totally unwilling to honor their stated policy for returns of defective third party devices within 30 days. They continue to instruct me to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer, in which I ship at my own expense, and (eventually) the manufacturer repairs/replaces. I didn't buy a refurbished amplifier. I bought a new amplifier that arrived defective. A warranty repair is not a solution for Drop failing to meet their obligation of the transaction. They now refuse to even respond to emails. Thieves.

Keycaps went on sale after purchase less than a month after purchase and Drop quickly (like within 15 minutes after sending a ticket) refunded the difference! Shout out to Crystal for the help.
