What i can say about the shower head is it had great pres Sue other than that, it leaks, there is no where to place the handle cause it does not fit. I would tell everyone not to buy this product worst investment I ever made the customer service is terrible also.

This company performs like a pop-up company, their custom service doesn’t listen too well. These companies outsource their customer care, with HORRIBLE results. I purchased one of their shower-heads and it had hidden hairline cracks, which didn’t reveal itself until months later. Water is leaking down the handle and spraying upwards to the ceiling and behind the tiled wall. How could they sell you just a shower head, yet you have to pay additionally for the holder and metallic hose. I sent images and videos and all they said was sorry our product didn’t meet my expectations! What kind of response is that supposed to be? Very poorly made and the pressure isn’t up to par at all (as advertised). Stay clear - take your business elsewhere.

First, very expensive for an entirely PLASTIC product. Thin plastic. Second, they recommend changing the filter every month, for which you can SUBSCRIBE - yes, another monthly subscription plan. Third, you also have to buy a hose extension, either from them or elsewhere. Fourth, when I tried to return the product, they wanted me to pay for RETURN SHIPPING TO PERU. (Of course, they have a US warehouse, which is where it ships from.) HUGE SCAM.

After almost 2 weeks the shower head arrived! First look, very cheap! The filter is loose inside. I installed it, water was not very strong! Only 3 settings, nothing like the way its advertised! Dont waste your money on this! Complete disappointment!!

I do not recommend buying this shower head. As was reported by other reviewers, It's plastic pieces are cheap and will crack in not time. However, the worst part of this shower head is the amount of pressure it emits. Normally that would be a good thing, but in this case the water stings when it hits your skin and is painful. Adjusting it to one of the other two sprays setting doesn't help. Maybe the holes the spray comes out of are too small. I only know both my husband and I don't like the sting of the water. The other issue is when I tried to return it I found out it was shipped from Portugal and they don't pay for return shipping. Everything I read before ordering appeared it was shipped from the US. Advertising for products has become very misleading.

This company is a scam. They advertise on everything and it’s all false. Especially 90 day guarantee that they will give a full refund with no questions asked. 2 of the 3 I ordered did not work. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a return address . They have tried everything to get me to keep them. Today i finally received a return address in Portugal but it came from Illinois. They are very serious crooks. Do not buy!!!
